Drove 6.5 hours from my home state just to arrive to check in and was notified the hotel cancelled my reservation that was paid for and booked since February 2025. Check in was July 3, 2025. Would not recommend at all. Also lied to my wife and I stating they received the cancellation from Traveluro. Pros (+) The customer service as a result of an extraordinary staff was second to none. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Wonderful breakfast each morning and rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Denver area.

Pros (+) computer room, close to my daughter, room was kept clean and supplied with soaps - etc.
Cons (-) construction noise next door (should make guest aware before arrival), coffee/ tea bar near check-in counter was often out of coffee-cups-etc., some carpets needed cleaning (worst was in front of elevator on 4th floor)

Pros (+) I have stayed at several hotels around Denver some even pricier than this hotel. I paid double he price and had a hot room elsewhere. My room was cool and comfortable :)
