Pros:I was there for Mother’s Day and had great views of Denver and the mountains
Cons:Nothing. Great location and everything was very easy. Plus there’s a Target in the parking lot to pick up toiletries and not have to bring through the TSA.

Pros:Great "urban" location, although not, as described online, "nestled" near downtown Denver. Spacious rooms. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Not a bad drive to Denver or Golden (except during rush hour). Some rooms have views of the foothills (and mountains on a clear day).
Cons:Parking is an issue. The Target next door claims most of the spaces. Despite some of what is said in some of their marketing materials, not all rooms have "full size" appliances. What we had was adequate but not even "apartment" size. Breakfast, while delicious, is crowded, tables are not quickly bussed and table seating is very limited. Trying to get children to eat neatly while sitting on couches is not fun. (Especially when they want French Toast with syrup.) One drawback to the location is street noise, especially the rooftop and garden bars in the immediate area. Go with a high floor and, if you need to get to bed early, the "Target" side of the building. Finally, we had a 2 AM fire alarm. Clearly not management's fault, but the lack of communication during and after was disappointing. During the alarm some people stood outside while others gathered in the lobby. No one from the hotel said a word to us. I would have expected an apology or explanation from the manager afterwards, but again, not a word.
