Pros (+) The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The room was dirty with mold in the shower. No one told us the pool was out of order then they tried to lie about it just happening. The food from the bistro wasn't that good. Too expensive for what we got.
Pros (+) The place is conveniently located near Sesame Street Place which was the reason why we choose it. They do offer a shuttle to and from the park which is a huge benefit.
Cons (-) They don't have a continental breakfast anymore. Which is rough since their coffee bar is really expensive and when you have little kids the "fancy" food isn't really what they will eat. The other complaint I have is with the shuttle. While it is useful and does provider transportation to and from the park there were times the shuttle didn't show up for like 15-20 minutes.
