Pros: Most everything, especially fantastic staff, excellent breakfast, and best location.
Cons: Hear this, all hotels: CHECK YOUR KING-SIZE BEDS. THESE MAY APPEAR FLAT, BUT IT'S NO FUN TO HAVE A HUGE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUPPORT AREA ON BOTH SIDES. WE HAD TO SLEEP ON THE OUTSIDE EDGES, OR THE MIDDLE, OR GET NO SLEEP AT ALL. Room 303's mattress and/or boxspring is shot.
Pros: It's a Best Western, but by far the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at.
Pros: Breakfast was great. Room was clean and well maintained.
Pros: Hotel was fine
Ill stay there again
Cons: Reservation wasnt given to hotel by kayak
I wont use kayak ever again

Cons: I didn't like the fact the housekeeping must not wash the mirrors in the bathroom because the first night went and took a shower and got out and the steam from the shower made the word redrum show up on the mirror.
Pros: Location was great, hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but enough, staff was nice.
Cons: Rooms are small, everyone kept tripping over bed frames, pool is small.

Pros: Staff was helpful with our needs for space to eat pizza and a later check out due to car trouble. Great location between Denver and Colorado Springs.
Cons: Never got interconnected rooms despite early booking and request for them on our return stay.
Pros: The location was great!
Cons: The room was so dirty. My child lost a cross she wears on a chain. I had to literally crawl around on the floor to find it. Let me tell you this hotel doesn't believe in vacuuming the corners of the room or around any edges! It was so disgusting!
Cons: Over priced.
Pros: Good location roughly between Colorado Springs and Denver.
Cons: The most dirty and disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room couldn't have been cleaned in days. It had cat hair all over the couch.
Pros: The staff was friendly and let us use there breakfast area for a party for free.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and concerned when I thought I had a problem. It was resolved and I thanked them for their help and concern.
Cons: It seemed a bit on the tired side, but I was not disappointed in the facility.
Pros: Hotel was nice and good location.
Cons: Rooms seem a little outdated but was clean.
Pros: It was a last minute checkin and checkout, so I did not really get to experience it enough to fairly critique all aspects.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The hotel is in need of renovations. Many times when we went to the front desk no one was there. The water tasted very strange. The sheets on one of the beds on the first night were not clean, and housekeeping did not clean the room the 2nd night.
Pros: It was pet friendly, and offered a continental breakfast

Pros: The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were also very well maintained.
Pros: That we were only here one night & front desk lady had a good sense of humor. Location was excellent.
Cons: Unclean, hairs on the sink, constantly hearing the guests above us from 2am stomping around till 6am. Smelled like someone died in the room before us. King bed was so so and the pillows were absolutely horrid, if you ask me you should bring your own.
Cons: The room seemed like it was undergoing maintenance and they just opened it up for stays. The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, the hair dryer was pulled off the wall and in the overhead storage, the bedding had cigarette burns, the bathroom and sink were dirty, the TV was wobbling all over, and there were cleaning supplies left in the bathroom(maybe I was supposed to clean it myself?).
Pros: Dog friendly
Cons: Rude front desk staff, smell of pot in hallways, AC in room smelled moldy, bedding was dirty, elevator floor had dirt and food on it, security doors on ends of building were broken and allowed anyone to access hotel. This hotel is not in good shape and it appears people are living in the rooms as permanent tenants, as evidence by grow lights in one of the room's windows. The walls/ceilings are thin and rooms are very noisy; the noise was so bad that I ended up sleeping in my car. Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The shower head was held on with Scotch tape. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The shower was filthy looks like no one and cleaned it. I don't think I'll ever stay in a Days Inn hotel again. The management didn't seem to care about any of the problems there. But they did offer me a free night stay and they're dumped again I said no thank you.
Pros: The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The king bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They opened up the pool area on our request. Also, the hotel was actually very easy to find. In case you do have trouble, just keep following the road and you'll get there.

Cons: Rooms were extremely small, had a worn look, need a remodel.
Breakfast was not adequate, competitive with other similarly priced hotels in the are. Should have included some warm items, maybe some scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages. Breakfast was inadequate.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room was not very clean, bathroom floor had not been mopped in days if at all! No extra towels provided when asked for.
Pros: It was great, had a mini fridge and a good shower. Was clean and quiet. Good location and I was overall very happy with everything, especially since It was basically half the cost of everywhere else!
Pros: The price was about the only good thing.
Cons: Booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with full size beds. They moved us to the smoking floor when I booked a non smoking room. The TV was outdated, the beds were very uncomfortable, most of the lamps in the room didn't work.

Cons: Outdated outside, needs painting, fresh stairs and wood flooring needs a serious sanding. The rooms stench of smoke despite it being smoke free. No daily room service.
Pros: Convenient location between Colorado Springs and Denver. Nice beds.
Cons: Room smelled musky and was small. Carpet not cleaned very well. No security lighting in the east parking lot. Property poorly maintained with high grass and weeds. Exterior looks tattered. Lost tv service for an entire day.
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Wished we could have enjoyed the outdoor aminities, but there was a freak snowstorm. Overall a great spot. We plan on staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.
Cons: We only had one area for improvement to suggest. The indoor heating/air unit was quite noisy. Not a deal breaker by any means, just a slight discomfort. Again, over all really pleased with our experience.
Pros: Has a country cottage feel, but can still be improved.
Cons: I've slept on better beds at other three star hotels and where were the comforters? The shower was dirty and could be cleaned better. The rooms seemed outdated compared to other 3 star hotels in the area.
Pros: Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was nice, clean.
Cons: Water temperature for showers/bath was all over the place. Beds were ok, but could feel the springs in the mattress.
Pros: leaving was the best part
Cons: the air conditioner would make noise all night, and the staff couldn't be bothered to consider it. I would have taken more time to complain, but it was painful obvious that it just wasn't worth my time. the room hadn't been cleaned, the finishes were on line with a hotel that charges 30 a night, not the 99 that I paid. carpet was soiled, and in poor repair.
Pros: Location was very good. That's all.
Cons: 1. The room reeked of old sweat, disinfectant and stale smoke.
2. Bathroom reeked of pot.
3. Bathroom fixtures are on their last legs.
4. Complimentary breakfast was poorly served. The eggs, orange juice, sausage and bacon trays were constantly empty, the oatmeal was instant mixed with tepid water, the waffle station was out of butter and toppings and the cereals were two kids choices.
5. Bed was so hard parts of my body would go numb.
Pros: It was quiet and on a great property
Cons: WiFi could only be used to check mail. A little dirty and certainly not up to the standard of a Ramada. Every thing was clearly dated.
Nestled on five acres of pristine landscapes, the Ramada Monument hotel boasts breathtaking vistas of Pikes Peak, easy access to Interstate 25 and the wondrous natural glories of the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop.
