It was convenient because the show we came to see was there,
For a hotel that asks all of the guest to do their part to " Keep It Green". They don't seem to want to do they're part by fixing the hot water that ran the entire time we were there, and appeared to have been running for quite some time before. They charge a $25.00 plus tax fee if you want to check in earlier then 3:00pm
Bed was comfy, and they upgraded us to a slightly bigger room. We liked that it was off the strip.
I didn’t love that checking into the hotel was so difficult. For self-parking, we had to go to the parking garage then walk about 3 city blocks to get to the check-in desk at 10:00 pm with two small kids. Then walk back the same way to get to our room. Put another lane at the front of the hotel for people with a car who are just trying to check in. I don’t want valet parking, and it wasn’t obvious where to go. Also, the sink was clogged and slow-draining.
location of hotel to our event was great. room was clean and just redone.
the shower did NOT work well at all. there was a leak in the hand held devise and on the last day, the show did not work at all.
Breakfast buffet is one of the worst Ventilation in rooms is bad Bathrooms are outdated and small
I enjoyed the sports book and the great food
Conference location good
2 nites complained heat not functioning, credited me resort fee (BS) At 5 pm had to pay for upgraded room because no king room available
Very nice place,
Some attitudes of a few individuals we needing improvement, but overall staff and the resort was great, I definitely will be coming back..
We booked this room for a girlfriend and I as we attended a conference. We added her name to the reservation. We both flew in from different directions. When she landed, before me, she had to wait for me to come as the ‘reservation team’ did not add her name to the booking. While she had a copy on her phone of the registration, the check in staff would not budge. However once I arrived they added her to the room. They could have done that 2 hours ago!!! They had the empowerment of making it right and they did not. Shame!
It was okay.
The condition of the room. Loud neighbors. Clogged tub. Rust spots in bathroom tub. Smoke in the hallways.
Outdated and Worn Out
The convience to the convention center and monorail made getting around very easy.
The showers are short and he toilet seat was in need of replacement. I could feel every spring of the mattress along my back on a king bed with 4 of the smallest pillows I have ever used.
Bombarded by timeshare sellers
The hotel is in a decent location with the monorail that takes you right to the strip. The room was upgraded and spacious.
There were employees around every corner trying to sell you a timeshare and trying to get you to sign up for things. They are very pushy and once you start talking to them they don’t let you leave. The north tower elevators close at midnight to 6am which is really inconvenient when you’re tired and want to get back to your room when you’re tired and/or have been drinking.
The worst ever
Not clean Bad service No response and corporation Mistakes everywhere No towels Bad smell
