Hotel du Clos - Le Rouret - Bedroom
1
9.3 Excellent (143 reviews)

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable, the pool area was delightful, and the breakfast was yummy. The staff were also super nice and very accommodating. We arrive early and they showed us right to our room which was ready and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also really helpful with calling to make us dinner and cab reservations.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, great hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, very secluded. We felt like we had our own little hideaway. The property only has about 10-15 rooms so we felt like we had personal attention during our stay. Our daughter loved the pool.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, charming owners, delightful rooms
Cons: Breakfast was not included
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff and owner were welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautifully kept. We had a bergerie room with a lovely terrace. The decor was quirky with the bathroom forming part of the room. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The pool is beautiful and gave welcoming relief to the searing heat. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the beach at Villeneuve. The beach is small pebbles but we preferred it to sand as you don’t get sand stuck everywhere. The sea was beautiful. Parking was very reasonably priced and readily available in the town at 2 euros for 4 hours.
Cons: There are 2 bergerie rooms and we have stayed in both in recent years. The other room is significantly larger than this one though the terrace is smaller. We were slightly disappointed having stayed in the other. Breakfast is €15 euros each per day which effectively adds €30 euros per day to the room cost. I would prefer a bed and breakfast price rather than separating them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Whole property is really stylish and very peaceful. Easy road link to Nice and airport despite being in a small village with a mid country feel. Owners and staff really helpful. Breakfast is out of this world - do try the local violet syrup which is supplied at breakfast to compliment the white cheese.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful location, staff is very nice and helpful. Really liked the coziness of the hotel
Cons: Service at the restaurant could be a bit better. It would have been nice to know what was in our cheese platter and our glasses were often empty so we had to wait or ask.

La Grande Bastide - Saint-Paul-de-Vence - Building

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, shuttle service, very friendly and accommodating staff, assistance with dinner reservations, drinks and snacks at the pool, pool towels, abundance of sun beds, newspapers and magazines
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was extremely comfortable and agreeable. The style of the property was pleasing, the room we had was comfortable and clean and well appointed. The staff were terrific, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff we dealt with could speak English, even if we tried our French on them, but they did not make our efforts feel inadequate! The outside areas, including the outdoor lounges, the pool surrounds and grassy areas were extensive and were never busy - there was always space to relax. The pool is a good size, that allowed for serious swimming, if that is your thing. All in all, a terrific place to stay. Far enough out of town to provide a feeling of space, but close enough to St Paul-de-Vence and other towns to be convenient.
Cons: Nothing!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean good breakfast although expensive
Cons: A bit expensive I think it should of included breakfast for the price of the room rate!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good. Shuttle service to the old town on a retro Citroen liked a lot.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: 18th century style Renovated and clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly, lovely location and a thoroughly enjoyable stay, Would return and recommend to friends.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, small boutique and fantastic staff throughout our stay... pool, room, jacuzzi!
Cons: Road outside could be busy and noisy at times. Breakfast was ok, if you paid for the ‘full-breakfast’ you will survive till dinner. The ‘light-breakfast’ was not really worth the €12.00 per person, for a few pastries, juice, coffee. Otherwise to eat this in the dining area was delightful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager and staff were knowledgeable and knew the town and surrounding area well making excellent travel suggestions .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything just perfect! very nice hotel!

Pros: Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Location convenient close to main train station and on tram line. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Michaels, David, and breakfast chef (who helped with our bags on morning of Sept. 9.
Cons: Elevator doesn’t work at night and needs to wait until after 8AM for someone to arrive to turn it on! We were told this was true throughout France.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, VERY close to train station, and an easy straight walk to the promenade and beach. Beds were very comfy, staff were very lovely and the FREE access to drinks (water bottles, soft drinks and coffee machine) was awesome!
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff fantastic Great linens Wonderful duvet Loved free water, soda, coffee, tea in breakfast room 24 hours
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Key disadvantage: no refrigerator. Small spaces, non-functional bathroom, Bad air condition, old and cramped elevator.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very close to the sea (approx. 15 minutes walk or two stations only), as a highlight we got a nice balcony next to the street and could enjoy some fresh air every night - great! Altogether clean rooms and quiet stay.
Cons: Due to the extremely positive feedbacks we expected something special, in our case the balcony was definitely a great surprise. Without that you get a normal 4* room without special comfort, cupboard or minibar (in our case). One negative aspect is certainly the breakfast room which is VERY small and narrow, luckily we had not booked any breakfast before.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable superior room with lot of natural light. Christo at the reception was very helpful .
Cons: There were no tea making facility in the room. Would be nice to have an electric kettle.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good aircondition Very friendly staff Central location I got a balcony
Cons: It was not sound proof The bathroom was impractical, one had to go in behind the toilet to close the door so that you could access the shower behind the door.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great reception concierge staff, especially Mihaela.
Cons: Notorious area for pick-pocketers - which we experienced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and chef for breakfast exceptionally friendly
Cons: Elevator out of sorts
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Close to the tram so you could easily get where you want to go.
Cons: No coffee in the room.

Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Soft drinks and coffee available and included at all times. Fairly close to the main square.
Cons: Noisy area. Lots of homeless and poor people around. The hotel is OK but it’s overrated. It’s advertised as a 4 star hotel but it really feels Iike a 3 star. For a 3 star hotel it’s a good one.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, very close to tram and station so easy to get around. Room and bed comfortable, we stayed in a superior room as we had large bags, the extra room was great. Staff excellent, friendly and efficient, particularly Ahmed the chef, lovely breakfast . I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Le Clos des Oliviers - Le Rouret - Building
6
9.7 Excellent (28 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very good. Lovely homemade yoghurs and jams.
Cons: Complicated to find!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a perfect place to experience a real Provence life by staying at a typical French bond house. The decoration, the view and the garden were beautiful so we spent our evenings in the garden with some French wine, olives and baguette. Our dog (Monsieur Boudu) also loved the garden and did not want to turn back with us. The garden was closed with walls so our dog was free and he also enjoyed playing with Nina (the host dog-lady). Vegan breakfast options were very delicious (vegan yogurt and vegan cookie). The hosts were very warm and even gave a present (a bunch of dry lavender) when leaving. No additional cost for parking and dog.
Cons: one bed was a little noisy but it was tolerable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of the nicest stays I have experienced in my multi-facetted travels.Wonderful.
Cons: Slighly bigger single beds

Overview Reviews
Located in Le Rouret, Maison le Retour is in a rural location, within a 10-minute drive of Sophia Antipolis and Opio Valbonne Golf Club. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our stay in Maison Le Retour was very pleasant. Enrica is really good host, she is always happy to help. The room was exactly the same as presented on pictures, breakfast was tasty with homemade jams, garden and swimming pool area were comfortable. I suggest going there by car, for example the nearest grocery is about 30 min walk or you should take a bus, but there is no problem to reach this place by bus as we did.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the host was super. she helped us with our questions. (hiking, restaurants villages etc) the breakfast was perfect. we felt at being served at home
Cons: rien
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. In short what a fantastic place to stay. Simoné and Enrica are fantastic hosts, the room was lovely, the location was perfect and the breakfast was the best. A five minute walk to the centre of Le Rouret. And Ciaki the beautiful dog.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor was simple and attractive. There was lots of room to put cases and in our case bicycles. The owners of the property went out of their way to welcome us and were helpful in ordering a taxi for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners make you feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. It is our second visit and our room was as comfortable, clean and spacious as the last time. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and home grown produce.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful owners who go the extra mile to make you feel at home, excellent breakfast, good knowledge of the area, parking included
Cons: Would have liked to stay longer
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delightful, friendly and helpful hosts. A romantic rustic setting tucked away but close enough to explore Nice, Cannes and some of the medieval villages. A short drive to Valbonne is all you need for an excellent choose of dinner venues. Would especially recommend L’Escale for beautifully cooked food using local ingredients and traditional styles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was perfect, and Simone made sure that we enjoy a nice breakfast every morning. We will definitely recommend this lovely bed and breakfast to our family and friends.
10.0 Excellent

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Like a family house
Cons: The air con did not work st night!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely small hotel. Comfortable and welcoming. Staff kind and help fill
Cons: Room small
6.7 Good
Pros: The proprietor was very friendly and a helpful, and the hotel is characterful and very nicely appointed in the common areas.
Cons: My room was certainly usable but was very small. Maybe the price is high for that size of room - but I don’t know the going rate in Nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The garden and the atmosphere.
Cons: The size of the room. The quality of the breakfast could be improved.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I was really disappointed with the hotel. I’d stayed a few days previously in Nice at Hotel 64 for a similar price and that was great so this was extremely poor in comparison. I was pushed for a time of arrival despite being a 24 hour reception. The room smelt horrible, very musty with a tiny single bed and no wardrobe. The room was so small! It was also noisy with footsteps being able to be heard from the room above. The worst part about the stay though was being refused breakfast! I was told that I had to pre order the night before. This was absolutely absurd and and extremely poor service. Awful value for money and a very poor service experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property hidden in the city that was very chilled out, fantastic fresh breakfast and the staff who I believe both were called Pierre I fact were very helpful and polite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The garden is amazing! It makes it so enjoyable to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was super friendly and helpful, be sure to take his advice. Another great point is the location, the tram is just over the street and gets you to the center in no time. Transportation is top in Nice, you can get the train to Cannes, Monte Carlo and so on. We didn't even need to rent a car anymore. Best!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the look of the hotel, the reception was very welcoming and there was a security gate to get in and out of the property. The best part were the staff, we dealt with two different receptionists, the first one explained everything to us as kindly gave us a map and drew where we were, the closest tram station and the tram to get to go in and out of Nice.
Cons: The bathroom was very small, they had tried to occupy the space as best they could but I still kept hitting the sink when going to the toilet. The showering area offered a wetroom panel and the water would just escape this and go onto the floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Little garden, house / rooms and super host.
Cons: Close to noisy street, a little far from touristic city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, charming decor.. off street parking...what’s not to love?
Cons: Bedroom 3 just a bit on the small side .. no toilet roll holder....certainly don’t like the wingeing snowflakes who complain about bathroom being too small when they have probably been eating themselves to death therefore becoming the size of Kansas. The Hotel is superb...!
Les Vergers De Saint-Paul - Saint-Paul-de-Vence - Building
9
9.0 Excellent (557 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Les Vergers de Saint-Paul is within a 15-minute drive of Chateau Grimaldi and CAP 3000 Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: Courtesy of the staff. Not at the city center but close enough by car. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not use the hotel facilities. Pool seemed good.
Cons: No mini bar at the room, you need to order before 10:00 pm.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The view from the balcony in our room, which was on top floor of the building. The pool area was ok, but also a bit outdated för a 4 star hotel.
Cons: Main road traffic next to the premises was a bit disturbing if you consider the price of the room. Room extremely small and needs refurbishing, not 4 star quality, but 3. This also goes for the breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel and dangerous to walk and cross the main road leading to St Paul (a 20 minutes walk, not 10 and very dark). No safe in the room. sWe will not return to this hotel since standard to low in relation to price.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel 10 mins walk from St Paul de Vence. Rooms are beautifully decorated and all facing swimming pool. Staff was really nice and helpful too. Highly recommended.
Cons: nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: We had an international transfer a few hours after check out, no where to change , no shower facilities. No complimentary bottle of water. Made you feel like you werer staying in a very basic hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room (St Paul Suite), helpful and friendly staff (many thanks to Alexandra!), good brekfast, nice atmosphere, perfect location close to all region attractions
Cons: No proper restaurant however you can order delivery of pizza or sushi what is the good option for lunch by the pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff and the location ( a short walk to Saint Paul de Vence). The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: I think it would be nice if there were complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff couldn't be nicer, they recommended restaurants, were always willing to help out with questions. Our room was beautiful, and all little details were thought about. Felt very relaxing.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s gorgeous decor, great location, spacious room with large private adjoining terrace overlooking the pool. Great pool. Loved everything about this hotel a highlight of our holiday in Italy and France
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: It’s position and privacy. The staff were very attentive and a great mix of culture/ language. Our thanks to Shelly and Alexandra.
Cons: The standard room (11) , for us was too small. Couldn’t sleep and found any movement impossible. We were moved to a larger room (2) so much better! But we missed the bath
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely relaxed place to stay, just a short walk from the town. Beautifully decorated and lovely staff.

Pros: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and attentive staff are unparalleled.
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the food, the personel, the elevator
Cons: The whole hotel has more feeling of the old luxury hotel from last century. Hotel needs a complete fresh up. On the other hand it would be a waste of a piece history and old fashioned taste.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decor of room and hotel was magnificent as always The staff were friendly and efficient which made our stay very pleasurable and the revamped La Ronde looked great and the food was terrific
Cons: The bathroom flooded when having a shower over bath tub which was simply unworkable and irritated me immensely at the time making me reluctant to stay again although our previous stays have been great with Thierry indulging my wife with photos each year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fresh buffet breakfast is served each morning at the ' La Rotonde restaurant' but its a shame they have refurbished it recently, i was so badly wanting to see the Carousel in its glory which would have added to the quirkiness of the hotel. We sat on most days on the terrace, outside the restaurant to be able to enjoy the views, our table overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The food and the views were worth it !! The few best things about this hotel are its excellent location , its also beautifully decorated inside with art and antiques everywhere and has a beautiful period fully functioning lift from a by gone era of quality. They also have a relationship with the beach across the street so you are able to just walk a few steps and be on your sunbed in no time. From Grace Kelly and Micheal Jackson, from the Beatles to Liz Taylor, the list of internationally known stars that have graced the Negresco is impressive. This has been listed by the government of France as a National Historic Building and you can see it on most postcards of Nice .Your always in awe, thinking whether this is a Hotel or a Museum.
Cons: Our Rivoli rooms were the nicely refurbished one albeit the air con was difficult to operate and the room was very warm. Also the staff at the check in was a tad bit grumpy maybe she had a bad day other that that , but other than that , it was great!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location , good food.
Cons: Stuff were very dismissive and unhelpful at all. Very disappointing. Rooms weren’t clean enough.
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We received a room with a sea view which made it hard for us to leave it every day. Hotel is doing a great job in maintaining the authenticity of the rooms. Valet service was always prompt irrespective of the time of day/night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, stuff friendly , hotel beautiful itself
Cons: Bed and pillows could be more comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

Pros: The staff was polite, funny and spoke perfect English. The manager worked like crazy to help out at the breakfast. We were impressed.
Cons: The rooms! They're fine but there was absolutely no where to put anything. Our room had one lawn chair. It was weird. It all feels a little too Miami Vice with the colors. Felt slightly Miami-ish/Golden Girls. Bottom floor was noisy with window open.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent. It’s location made access to the beach and Nice old town easy. Towels for the beach were provided and recommendations given for restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you all. The breakfast was plentiful and they catered well for my gluten intolerance. We’ll visit again.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, enough of options, all tasty, very good coffee. Location was fantastic - closest to the Mountain, to the port, to the beach and to Old Nice, what makes you happy. Bedding is very good as well.
Cons: The room 20 was really small, no space for the suitcase and also no drawers to place small things, if you plan to have some shopping, you risk to keep all buys on the bed. The worst thing - the noise!!! You can not sleep with the air conditioner on for overnight, but even earplugs don't help when they collect glass waist at 5 am!!! And the road is very close - all windows go there.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything

4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Over-priced. Really basic uncomfortable room for 350 euros a night! Unwelcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds. Unresponsive management—we told them we were unhappy with room, but they didn’t care.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel, very attractive and pleasant ambiance, wonderful convenient location near the old town, charming professional efficient pleasant staff, we had a superior double room which was spacious, elegant and with a small private enclosed terrace... couldn't have been nicer.... good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool was a bonus.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with huge balcony. Very friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Nice pool. You could order drinks at the pool, but not food. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, sight seeing.
Cons: Restaurant was expensive. Tiny rooftop gym was actually charming, but equipment was outdated, no water, no circulation. I suspect it doesn’t get used much, so I appreciated that it was even there.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great view from room overlooking the sea and seafront. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel rooms were tired looking, hotel needs to be modernized. Breakfast selection was not great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Responsiveness of staff to our needs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic air conditioning - rocked all the boxes for us.
Cons: Location and room fab. Great pool area too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Our room felt warm and a fan was promptly provided. The old town was a short walking distance from the hotel and the elevator up to castle hill is next to the hotel. The pool was wonderful and nestled among the cliff side. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great, cannot beat it really. Right next to Old Nice, in front of the beach and still walking distance to the main shopping street. I also liked the balcony of my room and the roof (not the "fitness center" though).
Cons: In general my stay was disappointing. Firstly, it is a terrible value for money place. The only great thing is the location. I paid 550 Euros for a small okay room (with a great balcony however). The breakfast was okay at best. I am a big eggs in the morning guy and they just looked watery and ill. I did not even try them. The other hot option was sausages, and what am I going to eat sausages without eggs?! I was there for a night so I also had dinner. I had work to do so ordered room service. Next morning I woke up with an upset stomach and still have one. I ordered a caesar salad and smoked salmon. Clearly something was not clean.. (I did not eat something else). I had to drive all the way to Cinque Terre the next morning and that was not pleasant at all. The fitness center is outdated with one treadmill, one bicycle and one elliptical. I felt like I was going to fall off the elliptical. In my eyes, management feels complacent due to the location, the views (yeah it looks great in photos) and history of the building. My advice is sell it to someone that can do a better job of taking care of their guests. I actually noticed in Nice that a lot of hotels are not part of a chain and have a great location but just look sad. It defaced the city. Seems like a problem to me. I am not particularly a fan of large chains, I have been to many great independent hotels and boutiques (one the previous night in Aix, called Maison d'Aix gave it 10/10). But when the original owners and management grow complacent, it is not a great look for the city. A 7.1/10 is a gift when taking into account the value of money.

Cons: WiFi was slow
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was probably my weirdest stay because I havent ever stayed at a luxury bed and breakfast so I did not actually know the concept. We had a hard time finding the entrance of the hotel because you enter from a building which is not very cheering. Then you go into your room, which is kinda out of this world. And our room was the corner suite, Place Massena was all under our feet and while we were there it was 15th of August, Assumption of Mary holiday, there were fireworks and we watched them in the comfort of our room.
Cons: We really had to turn around and around because we were expecting a hotel building. And with two kids and 3 big luggage, we did not enjoy it. So they are going to contact you from the hotel, do not look for a hotel around and just go to the building on the location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of Nice. Great service ! Unforgettable view !
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: - Breakfast is just a coffee and croissant at the outside bar - due to mistakes of the staff I spent 1 hour driving around the parking trying to leave it and enter again - bad smell from air conditioning
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is very well located in the very heart of Nice and it offers variety of free beverages from soft drinks to wine and beer. The staff was also kind enough to help us with our luggage.
Cons: You have to arrive between 3pm to 6pm, otherwise they will charge you EUR 31 extra for arriving after 7pm. Also, the place does not offer free parking and you will have to find a parking lot near the hotel which is not very convenient if you have heavy luggage with you. Finally, the breakfast slip says the restaurant downstairs opens at 7:30am but the restaurant actually opens at 8am. We had a plane to catch so we just have eat the complimentary bread and cookies in our room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing and the staff is really friendly
Cons: The breakfast could be a bit wider selection.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was amazing, I had a room with a balcony so it was quite nice. The location is very prime, within walk of distance to the beach, shops and about 3 minute walk to the train station that goes directly to the airport. The service was also quite nice, very warm welcome.
Cons: I ordered in room service for breakfast, and there were quite limited options which were mostly just bread considering the price. I would have been better off getting breakfast from a nearby cafe. rooms are quite small , but I guess it value for money.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were super friendly and the bed was incredibly comfy.
Cons: The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no one knew what was going on. We were all out of our beds wandering around. No communication from the hotel about this and no compensation was offered. (there was no fire)

Cons: Small room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Villa Victoria and we had a brilliant stay. The hotel is In a great location approximately 15 minute drive from the airport; 5 minute walk to Pedestrian Street where there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars; 10 minute walk to the promenade / beach and around 15-20 minutes into the Old Town. When we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and informative and provided us with a map and suggestions for dinner. The room was slightly on the smaller side however, it was perfect for what we needed as we mainly used it as a base for our trip. Each day we were provided with clean towels and clean bed sheets and complimentary bottles of water. Sadly I only got to meet the resident cat once, but the garden is lovely to sit out of an evening.
Cons: The rooms were slightly on the smaller side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden which made it very relaxing and perfect for small children
Cons: More choice for breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Calm and comfortable place to stay. Delightful garden to sit in.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It refreshing to stay in such a lovely place. Near the centre of Nice with a private garden, what more could you ask? Room was excellent, staff friendly and helful and breakfast in the garden was perfect.
Cons: It would be hard to improve - Maybe free Champagne!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, and with a special garden. It was very nice to have the breakfast outside, and enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Cons: The rooms are quite small. I would suggest more homemade food for the breakfast.

6.3 Good
Cons: Bedrooms are in need of refurbishing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: First class cooking from the sole chef - especially dinner - served by delightful staff in a tiny tropical garden. Reasonably priced, too... Sadly chef is leaving at the end of the year to start his own restaurant, but hopefully he will have trained up a great replacement
Cons: Tame birds dropping their tiny but annoying bombs on you during dinner
5.8 Okay
Pros: The garden, the balcony, the room decoration, the supporting staff
Cons: The tiny tiny closets, the mini bathroom with almost no amenities. The extra bed for my son was not comfortable, almost a bed camp. And the very cheap paper toilet.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: very helpful staff
Cons: room not cleaned during a 4 day stay
7.9 Good
Pros: We did not have any meals at the hotel. The location is good and there are plenty of shops, small food stores and bakery close within walking distance. The staff was helpful and polite. We found our room comfortable and quiet.
Cons: We found the hotel a bit run down and it is in need of a good "handyman" to fix/ adjust many little things like door handles, doors not closing properly or hard at closing. In our room there was a knob missing to control the hand shower and over head shower bathroom door and main door did not close well. Little things that add to comfort and show hotel cares about maintenance.. The pool area and lounge near pool needs a good clean up and live-ing up, flooring and shrubs.
6.3 Good
Pros: We were upgraded for a reduced price as the original bed was too small. The staff were understanding and helpful and the new room was very comfortable.
Cons: The original room was much smaller than it seemed on the website and although quirky the bed would feasibly only fit two very small people. The pool area is so overgrown with plants there is no sunlight which makes it quite gloomy. I know the attraction for some may be the plants themselves so each to their own. Everything just seemed a little tired. Also I had to teach the bar person how to make a negroni - I think with a wood panelled bar the staff should know how to make classic cocktails - it was however well made via instruction.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed great garden needs attention little dangerous some loose slaps and little scruffy could be made amazing mirrors in lift dirty and glass in doors leaving hotel could be cleaned bar area could be made amazing to get more people in as empty every night but would come back
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast good and location excellent
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely balcony, room beautifully decorated, quirky.
Cons: Bar area needs to be upgraded. Uncomfortable bar area
