The room was very clean, affordable, and the staff was very pleasant. nothing to add.
Was on the way to destination. Check in front desk guest Agent was nice. Bed was terrible. Breakfast had a bad taste, Wi-fi was the worst. Check out GM was rude and unprofessional.
The price This property is really old and needs updating.
It was cheap-ish. Upon check-in the hotel representative told me that whatever service I used to book online charged me more than the rate I would have received if I just walked in without a reservation. Lots of ants and mosquitoes in the room
Location, breakfast and quiet. The only way to shut off the A/C was to unplug it from the wall. TV remote would only change channels in one direction requiring going through almost 100 channels to back up one channel. Sink gurgled all night. Check clerk did not follow-up on request.
Location. Sheets and linens were clean. Breakfast was good. Two lights were out in the room. They were not fixed while we were there. Room had a slight musty smell.
I wasn't expecting anything fancy for the price and the 1 star, but I thought the room should have at least been cleaned prior to our stay!! There was an empty soda cup on the floor and tissues behind the bed!
Location to Convention Center. Unjustified high prices.
Very clean hotel and the staff was very easy to work with. The rooms were nice and met my expectations. The location was quiet.
The room very clean and the staff w as very accommodating.

This was the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. Great Staff and always a great breakfast. Cheap stay for everything we got out of it.
Great experience staying at the Holiday inn. Staff was helpful and the breakfest was on hit. No complaints.
The beds were very comfortable. Room had lots of space and amenities. Will stay here again.
The beds were comfortable and We got a good night sleep No
Absolutely no issues whatsoever, room was clean staff was friendly. was not bothered at all in the morning before checkout time (I've noticed this growing problem at many hotels where housekeeping wants so badly to clean your room 2 hours before checkout)
staff A-1, everything excellent except the bed see below the worst hardest beds we have encountered. As much as I love HIE, I would never stay there again because of the bed, the floor was better and I will be on Trip Advisor to tell others and back door was next to our room, slammed all night.
Front staff was really friendly. Breakfast was really delicious! First time I've seen an automatic pancake maker, which was a dream when you have to feed 3 hungry boys! I usually spend 30 minutes at a waffle maker at hotels we go to! Clean! Great stay My friends stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street. They complained that their breakfast was cold and not very good. I was glad I chose Holiday Inn Express. Same price, but much nicer.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. At most hotels, I get a firm mattress, but this one was perfect. The only issue I had was my towels were damp. Not sure why, maybe their dryer wasn't working properly, very weird.
Pool was nice and warm, beds comfy, staff friendly Fridge very noisy and wifi horrible
Breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Bacon! But seriously good variety and very well kept. Currently this location is undergoing remodel but check in staff handled it very well etc.
Chocolate mints, continental breakfast and the manager was upmost friendly Outdated iron, tv and complimentary coffee
Nothing. Very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. see above
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. It was a very good value for the price.
I needed a room for myself and my daughter on a trip. Everything was sold out due to a graduation at the military base. My husband found this hotel by phone and reserved a room for us. I never would have stayed there if I had seen it first. It is in very poor repair. The A/C didn't work properly and it was still hot and stuffy 1 1/2 hours after we turned it on when I fell asleep. The wall paper was peeling off the wall and the bathroom had a faint urine smell. The breakfast was the stale cereal and packaged breakfast rolls. Check in took a long time. Not what I would expect of a Days Inn. Generally they have better quality. I would not recommend this at all.
New carpet, clean. After being in many different hotels, the free breakfast was sparse. It was a cold one, that's OK, but needs something else.
Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Smoke detector missing but wires hanging from ceiling. Continental breakfast good if all you want is lukewarm coffee. Nothing else there at 7:45 AM
If I had not already paid for this room, and it was non-refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. I felt very uneasy about some of the clientele (seemed to be 'living' there).
This hotel was horrible..... it was definitely a cheap hotel..... the continental breakfast consisted of cereal that appeared months old ( I couldn't even bring myself to try it), intsant oatmeal or toast. The room wasn't any better..... The tub was rusted, the were nails were a picture obviously hung at some time, there was hair in the bathroom and housekeeping only 'stopped in' once during my three day stay.... I absolutely learned my lesson.... sometimes a cheap hotel really is a 'cheap' hotel...
It was clean. There was no phone service in the room. The staff was rude. They would not supply clean towels for the next day. The TV had few channel choices. I had booked a room on the second floor, when I arrived I was informed the second floor was closed.
