Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location, picturesque grounds, and charming restored buildings. Many highlight the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the overall ambiance. However, there are mixed reviews about the service, with some guests finding the staff attentive and helpful, while others report poor service and unfriendliness. Room size and amenities are a common concern, with several guests mentioning small rooms, limited storage, and issues with heating or air conditioning. The pool receives both positive and negative comments regarding its temperature and accessibility. Overall, while the setting and decor are standout features, service and room comfort can be inconsistent.
