FAST CHECK IN, CLEAN ROOM, STAFF HELP, GOOD SLEEP QUIET
There is nothing to possibly be positive about with this property.
Multiple leaks all around the building had to be so careful not to slip on the glossy floor Massive Health and safety risk with a continuous heavy leak coming directly from a light Loose carpet on the stairs, not even completely fitted nearly fallen down them due to how poorly fitted it was had to be extremely careful Room was extremely damp, carpets & beds physically damp to touch including a horrific damp smell all around the building Bathroom not fit for use, shower fitting had exposed holes all around the equipment and really loose. Due to Leeds being exceptionally busy that weekend we had no choice but to sleep there but stayed for as little time as required and went home as early as we could. I cannot believe this building is allowed to be used as a hotel as it is extremely dangerous and definitely feel completely ripped off. I would never allow anybody to stay in such surroundings we may as well have slept on the street that’s what it felt like and paid £65 to do so which is extortionate considering the state it was in and what we had to cope with. I’m now just hoping we don’t fall ill due to all of the damp and would not recommend this place to anybody at all it is disgraceful and should not pass health and safety standards and be shut down until everything is fixed for use.
Nothing. Except the biscuits.
Everything - the carpet was filthy, the bathroom had a sinkhole by the shower, the windows looked like they would fall out and they didnt open, the tea cups were too small, there were holes in the walls, the building was encased in scaffolding, there was no breakfast, the rooms look nothing like the internet pictures. It's a disaster.
It wasnt very hygienic, my partner got locked in the bathroom also. I swear I seen a jug of urine on the floor, maybe it's something else but who knows.
The beds were very comfy, had a good nights sleep
The building (in particular the roof) is in urgent need of repair, this is happening as there was scaffolding up but as it was raining water was coming in in certain places making the floors slippery
