Pros: Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min.

Cons: Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok.

Pros: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!

Pros: All flights were on time. Boarding was well organized.

Cons: Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers.

Pros: Return on investment is excellent. great ground and air crew great service all around.

Pros: Going through US Customs in Dublin is great, makes The landing home so much easier.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Cons: They don’t hold bassinet seats for families traveling with infants! They sell them as extended leg room seats now. Disappointing.

Pros: Everything about this booking was a disaster. Not the least of which is that my bags are still on London and are total travel time will end up being about 24 hours returning.

Pros: Great crew, smooth flight

Cons: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Pros: I paid $118 for an extra legroom seat (D26) which then turned into a pass through for passengers to cut across to the other side to use the lavatory. This happened throughout the flight, hence took away the comfort I paid for and needed on this long flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed so I have to re-book my whole trip. I was being told first that I was going to make my connecting flight, and then rushed to the new gate due to terminal re-assigned, and then told that I won't make it to the connecting flight so I have to go to the re-booking counter. And then at the counter being told that I could have made it. Very confusing.

Pros: Seats were comfortable. The blankets and pillow were an amazing addition and made the flight more comfortable.

Cons: Worst possible gluten-free meal. Other airlines do it better. One CFAN make a sauce to put on chicken - it doesn't have to be boiled or microwave into a piece of rubber, with plain rice and a couple of boiled carrots. This isn't just gluten-free, it's complete allergen-free which is quite different

Cons: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Cons: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Cons: Headphone jack still requires an adapter. Free headphones are very uncomfortable and don’t sound great. Just give out free adapters or change the jacks please. Announcements were super loud in the headphones.

Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!
