Pros. We stayed 3 nights- the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and had the pack n play in the room before we arrived. All of our showers either changed temperature quickly or were just cold. The card reader on the back door didn't work most of the time which meant we had to walk to the front in very cold temperatures. There was a middle school basketball tournament going on the weekend we were there and we could hear kids running up and down the hall/stairs and bouncing a basketball above us at night (not really the hotel's fault but it was annoying). The breakfast was always very good and the service people were nice. If it had not been for the overbooking with the basketball teams causing cold showers and the cold weather causing the card reader not to work, it would have been a very nice stay.
Pros. Staff was friendly. Really liked the text messages and ease of checking in and letting them know I had a late flight.
Cons. I booked after being told they had airport shuttle. They do not. So there was an added cost to get to the motel at midnight. Breakfast was really horrible, juice watered down, old and hard bread, not much for choice, so after checkout, I still had to eat. Housekeeping started knocking on my door 4 hours before check out so my relaxing morning before my long day never happened. I was not impressed.
