I stayed at the Radisson Blu Okoume Palace for three nights in a business trip and I have to say it was an okay experience - not great, not terrible...just okay. The room was okay, I particularly loved the design of the shower so that water spillage was at a minimum. The bed was fine, the pillows were very thin and light and didn't provide much support. The TV options were quite limited (no CNN), and no option to watch YouTube or other apps. The theory about housekeeping not properly cleaning cups was tested and found to be true. I used the cup in my room for hot chocolate one night and noticed big chocolate stains in the cup after housekeeping had cleaned the next day. I poured boiled water in this cup and it had a thick brown layer of grease. A thumbs down for the hotel's housekeeping. The public areas need more life and warmth. It is bizarre that the Radisson does not actually have the restaurants, you have to walk a convoluted route to the restaurants in the Park Inn. The staff are slow and need more training, I was only charged for my rooms upon check-in and told I would have to pay individually for each service during my stay. The check-in staff also told me my room was inclusive of breakfast, I found this wasn't true.
