Maxy's Inn Hotel & Suite

Our staying at this hotel was the worst. The hotel is having some construction made, so you can see the andamios in your window and in the bathroom, and the stairs don’t have a barandal. What if you go with a kid that starts running by the stairs? They can fall easily. The room had a weird and disgusting smell, like really bad body sweat. It was 1 am already and we just had 5 hours to sleep so we decided to stay. When we tried to sleep the pillows were awful, it was compacted in hard chunks, we called front desk to ask for new pillows and they gave us two pillows in a ripped bag. These two also smell bad. Oh, and Wi-Fi doesn’t work on iPhones We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station Javier Prado. It was expensive (30USD - 100 soles) but we chose it to save time. We ended up losing our comfort and slept very bad. Cherry on top: They called our room at 4:30 am and 5:30, mistaking us with other guests that had requested a taxi.

The room was very spacious and the drivers from the taxi company really nice

The room was very cold, with no heating inside. There was only one towel when we arrived, no hot water, dust in some areas and lots of noise from the outside.
