Staff here are the most welcoming and compassionate people. Not only was I surprised by a small birthday cake they prepared for me, on the day of arrival, which was my birthday, they also let us extend extra hours of stay to rest on the day of checkout because I was a bit under the weather. So nice and so warm and caring. I would definitely return to this hotel when I come to Lima again. They treated me like a personal friend. Thank you to all those warm and friendly staff at Radisson Decapolis Miraflores! ❤️
Cons. The hotel did not have my reservation. As a result I had to pay twice for my stay, a total of $1,800.00. This will be the last time I book with kayak. The hotel staff was not concerned at all with helping me resolve the issue.
Pros. From the moment you are welcomed by the doorman Andres and Alfredo . To the front desk Daniel and his crew . All were incredible . Great breakfast , again service is a ten . Housekeeping is immaculate . You can walk anywhere in ten minutes . The office center is staffed by a woman named Brenda . The reason i know the names of the staff is everyone is so helpful. I live in Maui Hawaii and have to travel six months a year . This is in my top five business hotels across the world . Get the junior suite its worth it
