Great location near downtown and train station, friendly staff, great breakfast, and the room was very comfortable.

Very basic service, certainly below star rating.

This hotel looks really great from the outside as well as from the inside. Rooms are spacious, even the single rooms, and are very tidy and clean. Beds are comfortable but, being more than 2mtrs tall, slightly short for me. The entire hotel is decorated in a traditional style which looks really nice. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and it's just a 5 minute walk to the center of the city, with it's many restaurants. Breakfast is really good!

No hot water was available in the morning, I assume because it was a rush hour

Free coffee, parking outside for SKR50,-/day and fine breakfast included. Also a library with seats aavailable

Does not stand up to the term 'Quality Hotel', maintenance was quite poor (large segments of paint on the outside missing, hot room without airconditioning). Hotel was OK for a night to stay but did not match out expectations (based on name and price)

The size of the room and bathroom was quite spacious.

The room was not cleaned once during our stay of 5 nights. Had we asked for our room to be cleaned an exorbitant fee would have been charged.

I liked being close to the cbd. The square is a great location to be stayin, close to bars, bus transport. Oh the staff where always courteous and helpful.

This was the second occassion that I stayed in your hotel. The first room I stayed was at the rear facing though had a/C. The second time my room faced the old square. Great view overlooking the square on Sunday night u needed to leave the window open as there are no fans or a/C. Monday night was the problem as again it was very hot, the bars down on the square where open till late. Then bars settled, the cleaners came into clean up the square. So very little sleep. I suggest a/c in rooms overlooking the square as h receive the full sun! That's my only gripe

staff availability

I booked a Business room but I found a room that needs a strong renewal in all parts: chair fabric were broken, bathroom more suitable for a service station instead of a 4 stars hotel (broken tile, very small basin, etc..). It is not enough a nespresso machine to justify prize and room typology

The noise from the street was very loud from the bar and also from people walking home between midnight and 3.00a.m. This was not ideal as I had to up early for a business meeting and did not sleep much during the night.
