Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. The meal was excellent. The property is amazing!
Pros: - Everything was super - The restaurant was excellent : the food was so delicious and very well presented !
Pros: Absolutely charming hostess, rooms and dining area. We wish we could have stayed the whole week. Rich history. This hotel is a must!
Pros: In this great location, we had a feeling to live in a castle with a nice garden. The room was comfortable and the restaurant just good enough. The nice historic starting point to explore the surrounding.
Pros: Specifically I would like to highlight the staff helpful, we got to thank. The breakfast is impeccable, the accommodation is clean, although there was a renovation, but still orderly environment. Nearby many beautiful and historical sights there. I can only recommend.
Pros: Good location. The place is charming and the sitting is very peaceful.
Cons: Tub, no shower and our spray hose did not work. Furnishings are very basic.. No complaints..just very basic. Local favorites on menu not available and to far to go to get to next restaurant
Pros: The "penzion" is placed in a charming area of Spisska Kapitula where you could easily walk and enjoy the living history around. The place has a great monastery-like atmosphere. It is very clean, quiet and cosy.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: Alenka the manager. She went to great lengths to make us feel happy during our stay. That day, the balloon ride that was supposed to be the climax of our whole tour got cancelled due to bad weather, but at least we got great lightning shots over the Spiš Castle. The large suites will make you feel like a king - no kidding, it's a lot of bang for your buck!
Cons: Think hard if you are coming here with a group with plenty of suitcases. This is an ancient priory turned into a pension so there is no elevator to get you upstairs. Other than the suites, the rooms feel a little cramped. Ask for the side ones with the view of the castle.
Pros: Place was nice with great view and host
Cons: But room is so small
Pros: Staying at Penzion St. Martin can best be described as an experience you do not want to miss. Spacious characteristic rooms in a historical beautifully maintained monastery in the heart of Slovakia’s Vatican which is full of ancient buildings but without loads of people. It is just silent which is a delight for a few days. Overlooking the gentle hills and Spis Castle. Staff is friendly, restaurant extremely cheap and given the prices very good. Perfect location for visit to the castle (walking distance) and the High Tatra’s and Slovensky Raj (both 20 minutes by car).
Cons: Nothing in particular

Cons: We would like to see tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom
Pros: Good food.
Cons: Staff had very little english
Pros: Outside terrace, cafe and bar on the first floor. Good staff.
Cons: The room that we rented had a weird door that apparently led to another room and even though it was blocked by a sofa and probably locked anyway, it didn't provide any sound isolation so if somebody in the next room talks or watches a movie, you will hear everything. Also the window door was broken, but we managed to close it somehow.
Pros: Breakfast very good ,nice place to stay all staff very friendly
Cons: Sunday evening the bar closed at 10 pm too early for a hotel it had only just closed thought the staff could have served us a drink and charged to the room
Pros: Almost everything! (see above)

Pros: It is a best place to spend your active rest. Polite and kind hosts. They even gave us a lock for bikes! They can advice what to visit around. Happy to come again.
Pros: My stay at Ubytovanie Zencuch was the best. A very warm, peaceful living environment in a beautiful part of Slovakia. The accomadation was clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen facilities were very good. But best of all the host was friendly, engaged , and interested in making my stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Ubytovanie Zencuch!
Cons: I cannot identify anythng I did not like.
Pros: Ubytovanie Zencuch is an enjoyable place to stay short term or longer. The apartment is clean and cozy. The manager is friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with an expresso each morning with a smile and a Dobre Rano greeting. It is located near some nice hiking trails up the road and to Sabinov below. This is the second time that I have stayed at Ubytovanie Zencuch. Perfect!
Cons: Everything was excellent.

Pros: everything new, nice and clean great breakfast we enjoyed our stay, even though it was a very short one
Cons: we've stayed for just one night, arrived around 11PM and left after breakfast to continue our trip, so unfortunately we did not have much time to use all of the hotel services and facilities the windows did not isolate very well, quite a lot of noise comming in from the road in front of the hotel
Pros: The hotel is on an old industrial complex and the area near the entrance is a bit spooky at night.
Cons: The rooms are all on the 3rd floor and difficult to reach with luggage.
Pros: Completely new

Pros: Breakfast good, good selection. Staff approaches very friendly. A typical slovakian food highly appreciated.

Pros: perfect location -quiet, on the river.good parking facilities
Pros: Restaraunt staff and food was excellent.
Pros: Nice restaurant. Good value and beautiful location.
Cons: Noisy guests on a Saturday night were loud until nearly midnight. The walls were not soundproof, and the noise kept my daughter up.

Pros: Very close to Spiš Castle. Room was big and clean. They offered us towels as well. Kitchen and bathroom had to be shared, but it was enough.
Pros: Amazing Location for the castle, you could walk there easily if you like hills, even had a view of the castle which was nice. We had a great night sleep was very quiet. for the value of money, it was great to stay.
Cons: On booking.com it said it had a cot on request: when we arrived there was no Cot, and the owner said he didn't have one, so baby had to sleep between us. On booking.com it said it had a restaurant and pub and breakfast for 4euros: when messaged the place we had a message saying "no problem we can discuss when you get here about breakfast", but when arrived owner said there is no breakfast or pub anymore.. even though there was a massive saris sign on it and buffet sign too, the owner suggested we went to the local town to eat, which was a bit of a pain after a long days drive, and to have no breakfast too meaning we need to go shopping to buy something was a pain.

Pros: Location is good and the price is reasonable. The family running this place is very motivated, but the house is still old and smells weird

Pros: Good wifi connection
Cons: Hotel room about 10-15 yearsold.
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The room had a low ceiling and we were constantly bumping our heads on the dormers. The lighting was poor. The staff didn’t speak English and they tried to charge us a city tax that we had already paid. Check-in was very slow as the man at the desk copied all the info in our passports. The breakfast was not good. When I asked for tea it seemed a difficult thing to get black tea and I ended up with some strange tea that tasted awful.
