7.7 Good
Pros: I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would go there again.
Cons:
7.0 Good
Pros: I loved the colouring of the room. It gave it a less standard hotel room feel. I also loved the breakfast. The salmon option is not offered everywhere
Cons: Maybe it is hard to clean the rooms properly because there is so much stuff in there? The room was a bit chilly and I did not know how to turn up the heating. There was no one downstairs when I wanted to ask and there was no bell or anything like it.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was beautifully prepared with a lot of extra touches that made the stay much more pleasurable.
Cons: It is a bit far from the town centre but there are plenty of taxis available.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a last minute choice at a very reasonable price, located conveniently close to town
Cons: The house smelled of fat frying, the bed was very uncomfortable and the heating in the bedroom and bathroom went off at 10pm and did not even come on again next morning - quite cold and unwelcoming.
6.6 Good
Pros: Clean, up-to-date facilities in nicely decorated rooms.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel far exceeded our expectations, one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Hotel staff were all brilliant
6.6 Good
Pros: The 'castle hotel' is actually a hotel with fake little medieval towers... Only they're blue and only cats could climb on them. Fittingly, the CCTV cameras are patrolling on those little turrets but the whole thing is kitsch. What a laugh we had when we arrived. Inside is comfy if a little impersonal, staff was OK.
Cons: Could hear the ventilation of the bathroom from the bedroom even door closed.

Pros: Everything else about the hotel was perfect, staff couldn't have been nicer.
Cons: Taxi was over half an hour late so didn't get out until nearly 11pm. This was not hotels fault but there was no taxis for guests the following day at 12 noon which I thought very strange, just aswell I could drive. No evening food in the hotel so was glad I'd eaten before I arrived.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff we met were very polite The rooms were 1st class The breakfast was fab Table service was excellent
Cons: On the night in question we got back at 10.30am and the bar was closed We looked for a drink to be sent to the room and we were told bar staff were finished Their advertising says late bar

7.3 Good
Pros: great hospitality..and friendliness
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Not alot really, had been on a tour of Ireland and the Burren Castle ended up being the most expensive hotel that we stayed in and was certainly not value for money, very dated, it smelled and reminded us of Fawlty Towers. We even contemplated leaving straight away.
Cons: Very dated, not worth the price paid, too far from the town.
7.7 Good
Pros: very unassuming staff and hotel. Was left to my own devices. Breakfast staff were very attentive. Great value for money.

Pros: Location of hostel is excellent, a short walk to village. Hostel is very clean and definitely exceeded our expectations
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly; there was plenty of parking on-site; it was a short walk to the main street of town; the lounge areas had very comfortable furnishings; the dining area was open until 10 pm; the dorm rooms were spacious and had an ensuite bathroom. The bulletin board was particularly appreciated as I found a poster for a unique musical evening which I otherwise would not have known about, and which I thoroughly enjoyed. A continental breakfast was available as well as kitchen facilities for cooking.
Cons: Everything was fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good for the price.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
6.3 Good
Pros: It had a bed and our own bathroom which was all my husband and I needed which was good because it was pretty minimal.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Other people not snoring
Cons: A man snoring out so loud nobody could sleep in the room I was tired and wrecked he was luck catch him a drag him out of the hostel - people should be warned about this Also there is no floor math in bathroom so when floor wet it's a accident waiting to happen
7.1 Good
Cons: There was no vending machine for bottles of water, you could only buy wine no bottles if water
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location location location
Cons: Excellent hostel staff were great
7.9 Good
Pros: The fact we could come and go anytime during the night as long as you have the room key (unlike me I had to wait till 8.30am for reception to open again).
Cons: En suite double room. Hairdryer installed was a hazard as it twisted and burnt my hair. My friend had to cut a chunk of this hair off my head. The en-suite strip light over the sink did not work at all. The water ran 10 minutes from the shower and still not hotter than warm temp. This was a hit and miss, you either got the hot water or warm. Regardless of the above, they were reported to desk upon check-out and we would still stay there again. Hence the Fair point assigned.
