Location to the destination place Flexible timing of breakfast and dinner All front disc staff except one Mr Suliman in front disc is the most welcoming and understanding person
Rude behavior from one receptionist Non variated and limited meals
The staff was wonderful with me and my friends, usually I like to travel alone abroad and the receptionist was super welcome and available, the building is fine if you want to pay cheap and keep some money for the trip, but the staff is super good,I will be there again on September.. see u soon
Great location, nice people, coffee, tea and fruit available in the kitchen, which was lovely.
The room left something to be desired in terms of reasonable 2019 Feng Sui, and mostly reminded me of crashing at a friends house after a party. The bed, closet and not to mention side table was literally falling apart, and could use a serious upgrade. The shower head and shower cabin had a lot of lime scale, and the drain was missing some type of like, cap to it which made it incredibly sharp if you accidentally hit it with your foot.
breakfast was good, linen and room very clean, friendly and polite staff. handy for tube and train. very helpful.
As soon as i walked in he upgraded my room from a single to a double room even though I was on a solo trip. Right there he had already won my full respect. On top of that i arrived 3 hours prior to check in time and he charged me 5 pounds instead of 15. The room i was given (204) was very clean had a comfortable bed, spacious room, clean bathroom, a very useful(atleast for me) small table on wheels and also a life saving fan which was more than enough in July. The staff were very polite and outgoing and this was one of the best value for money hotels I ever went to. The hotel is only a stone throw away from bow road station(District) and a mile away from Mile End (Central). A co op supermarket on the other side of the road open 24 hours and also a mc donalds further down the road open 24 hrs. This hotel has everything I needed for my trip. Thumbs up to the staff and keep it up!
One small thing that could be fixed would be the shower. The head is fixed to one position above you which is annoying if you dont want to wash your hair or when you are rinsing.
