It is very close to the British Museum, a walk of about 5 min to the Underground, a walk of about 15 min to Kings Cross Station and St Pancras International. There are different small restaurants arround. Nice place to have a walk around with some small parks.
Decent location, some helpful staff.
Bathroom was dirty (sludge in bath!) with mould on ceiling so was changed to another room which was fine. But didn’t occur to staff that this was a bad thing. No apology, staff seemed stressed and snappy as were dealing with 2 other complaints at that time. Hotel a little run down, expected more as was expensive.
The location was convenient
Long queues at check in as a result of multiple people complaining about the state of their room. First room we were put in had mould on the ceiling and was not well cleaned. 2nd room had been cleaned better. The facilities say tea and coffee, ironing board or trouser press none of which were available in either room.
Location was brilliant.
The room felt shabby but was clean.
We have stayed before and it is very clean, comfortable and convenient.
Breakfast was too expensive for us to choose. We had a good breakfast for roughly half the price at Le Cordon Bleu HQ down the road!
