Staff and free breakfast
the staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make me feel welcome. they ran out of complimentary shaving supplies and the manager offered to buy some for me personally.
the location is less than desirable, literally next to a cement factory. my room smelled funky upon entering but improved after opening the window and letting the HVAC run for 20 mins.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
The cleaning staff did not knock on our door. They just walked into the room which we found a bit rude
The staff and the breakfast.
The high street close to the hotel was not very lively
Close to train station.
Rough neighborhood. Far from the city. Elevator didnt work. Shower was dirty.
Breakfast was included Good location, 5min walk to tube station
I was not asked if I would prefer a double room or a room with single beds.
room was a little small.
