10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location. Great host. Large room. Excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very attentive and pleasant. The place was immaculately clean and tidy. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice and home made products. The location is in a quiet little village. We stayed on Wednesday which was convenient as a pizza van stops off in village square from 5-8.30. The owner gave us plates. Cutlery to enjoy dining alfresco in the garden area.
Cons: Nothing

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a great location right next to the square...wonderful food near by - including the restaurant where you register. Good amenities in a modern, clean room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, unique rooms and really nice restaurant
Cons: The breakfast was the only thing that could benefit from an uplift
6.3 Good
Pros: very good location.
Cons: Very hard bed. Very noisy all night long. Inattentive staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotels location was perfect. No need for the car as all was well within walking distance. The room was very comfortable if a little unorganised
Cons: Its the little things that go a long way to making any stay better. 1/ Simply replacing the Teabags would be nice 2/ Simply replacing the Shower gel would be nice 3/ Breakfast, please think long and hard about paying the 12 euros for breakfast. It is not what you would expect. !st morning, just a few slithers of cheese, pain au chocolate and a croissant each. No yogurt, cereal or juice. Next breakfast, was a bit better in that I got offered juice after I had finished my croissant. Have a wander, there is a small brasserie by the carousel that offers scrambled eggs and toast for 8 euros. But of course, the easiest thin to do is buy it fresh and eat it in your room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated behind a restaurant in a beautiful square. The room was immaculate and of unusual design. The bathroom and shower are fantastic.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was ho hum and expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: breakfast was very basic and not worth the price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great city centre location for walking out into the old parts of the city with smart shops and great restaurants.
Cons: I guess due to the age and nature of the property there is not much natural light in the hotel. The breakfast room, for example, did not have any windows.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, parking and room with balcony were my reasons for choosing this hotel. And we were pleased with all the above. The lobby and lounge area were clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and were very eager to get to make sure my room was ready. They also have a computer with easy check-in and check-out. Bar restaurant area was nice. I chose the Family room with extra room with sleeper sofa and balcony. It also had very large closet/ dresser(which I used and enjoyed) and mini fridge and coffee maker and AC. Bathroom was cool and clean with very nice shower. The one thing I liked most was they have record player(also played bluetooth) with records that we actually listen too. And most importantly the balcony which was surprisingly large (others were much smaller) probably because we had a corner room. Even though i don't smoke cigarettes I enjoyed the views and balcony even though it was rainy. I used the desk and chair and it was nice having two rooms for our luggage. Our room was very spacious and very comfortable except for the bed. It was also pretty quit too. We were very pleased with this room and hotel. FYI it's only a 3-5 minute walk to huge indoor food mall and center and the famous cubed houses. We most definitely will visit Rotterdam again and probably stay at this hotel again.
Cons: The bed was two twins pushed together (which is typical in Europe) but they put some foam bed topper(at least use a good one) to make it look like a king, which fine except is was very hard still and extremely uncomfortable. Beds should be the most important and comfortable thing in any room in any hotel first and foremost. The elevators are a bit small but again that's typical in Europe(not really a dislike) but giving more info. Would've liked more days in Rotterdam.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing

9.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice French stop over on the way back to Calais. We enjoyed a nice evening meal in the restaurant with some good wine selections. Our room was great with a comfy bed and nice bathroom, there is some very nice body wash in the shower. We also paid for the breakfast which was a traditional continental affair. Worthy of note is that the orange juice is freshly pressed and you get a proper cafetière of coffe.
Cons: Nothing to report.

Pros: We stayed in an apartment on the top floor. We really enjoyed our week and were impressed with the size, space and fully equipped kitchen. It was perfect for self catering. The living space and bedroom were very comfortable. The view of St. Michael’s church and beautiful sound of the bells was a lovely bonus. We liked the modern spacious washroom with walk-in shower. We had everything we needed. We found the location of the hotel perfect for exploring Dijon.

Cons: The room was a little small and the storage space limited but not a problem for us staying 2 nights. It may be an issue if you have lots of luggage.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is located in the hill where is a residential area. People whom my family met in this region were kind. There is an old church near the hotel. It was built in 12 century.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We arrived fairly late at night after a long drive. Although the restaurant had finished serving, they very kindly prepared us something to eat.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Bonbonniere made a great base for a two-day visit to Dijon, without having to drive into the centre and offered secure parking. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel occupies a great position on a hill with good views. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly and we were grateful for the recommendation of the beautiful church nearby which we would have missed overwise. Breakfast was good.
Cons: We knew in advance it was approximately a 40-minute walk to the centre, so that was fine, but might not suit everyone. I think there is also a bus.
9.6 Excellent

Relax in the luxurious Spa by La C loche nestled under old stone vaulted ceilings and featuring Carita products and Vinésime cosmetics straight from Burgundy. 6.0 Good
Pros: The facade of the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. The spa is very pleasant.
Cons: The interior decoration does not match the grandeur of the building, it felt somehow cheap. The corridor ceiling is so low it feels claustrophobic, and the carpet has a design that makes it look dirty. Cleanliness should be improved, there was a vacuum cleaner almost permanently in the corridor and a room-service tray spent the entire night in the corridor. The bathroom although big, it is not comfortable. The spa has limited space and needs to be booked but i only learnt about it on check-in, and almost didn’t get to enjoy it. Overall, it does not feel like a 5 star hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located within walking distance from Dijon's attractions. The have valet parking, which is hassle free for the guests, a very nice restaurant as well as live music club.
Cons: The room was very, very small, had a corner one, without any view.
7.5 Good

7.1 Good
Pros: lady at checkin was very helpful, excellent restaurant on site to the restaurant we will return, hotel i am less sire though it certainly looks great from the outside and in the main building
Cons: room was cold and quite dated inside - perhaps because they put us in the old building on the side
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay with very smart and kind staff. Very good hotel and staff We will be back for sure
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, restaurant and grounds were nice
Cons: People clearly smoking in their rooms. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there were no staff available, no organisation and no explanation at all as to wether we were supposed to evacuate, if it was safe to return, nothing. This was extremely dangerous. Anyone smoking in their room setting off an alarm should be evicted instantly and all the staff had and should have done was visit each room, and smell for cigarettes. If it had been a real fire people might well have died in this place. The hotel has NO systems in place.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant is superb, we ate there both nights and the food and staff there were exceptional. Very attentive and professional.
Cons: The room was tiny, more a closet then an actual room. The funny thing that on the escape plan, you could see a similar sized room next to ours that was actually the closet for linnen. In the same space, we also had a bathroom, the rest was just enough for the bed.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, food was good in the restaurant and nice ambience
Cons: Just check the shower door in room 206 doesn’t close properly .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely, good location good restaurant and rooms refurbished and lovely.
Cons: We did not get the room we booked (and was told only one room available) and the Toilet overflowed and flooded.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Would have liked a bath in the bathroom. Everything else perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchenette, location was good, nice breakfast
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Need to explain more about emptying the rubbish and at least have some coffee/ tea bag supplies in the room upon arrival. Thankfully I already knew about the recycling methods so I didn't have to sort it at the poubelles- rubbish bins. Great location and L3 bus easy to catch from the train station.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Just one uncomfortable pillow. Tiny kitchen hard to use. Very small room but extra large bathroom.Dodgy window position over bed so hit head.No English tv channels. No air con as staff said summer is finished. But it was humid early sept! Or open window fully to get breeze and crack head
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, 15 min to city center, kitchen facility, and private parking. Good price.
Cons: I hope French people in Bourgogne in general be nicer to people who don't speak French. If they want to host international travellers, they need to train or hire English speaking staff, or at least who are not arrogant toward who do not speaking French.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel but not in a center and pretty fare from train station
Cons: N/a

5.7 Okay
Pros: Great location right in the heart of town. Small but nice rooms with big windows and views.
Cons: First room was not clean and had drapes ripped off the wall. Was quickly given a second room but card key system for electricity wasn't explained so I didn't have power the first night. Great potential for this place but not very user friendly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Diamond in the rough, it was everything we needed and for a great price.
Cons: Having USB plugs installed in the room for everyone to charge phones and devices would be nice. Even my shaver is usb so it would be nice to have
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, it's very central and right next to the main street. The value for money was also good. The staff was friendly. The room was very large and clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast for 8 Euros per day had everything you expect and need, they offered fresh baguette and toast with honey, jams and Nutella, raw eggs you could boil yourself to your liking, some cheeses and charcuterie and also cornflakes.
Cons: The room was clean upon arriving, but it was not cleaned during our stay. We had to ask at the reception for new toilet paper because there was only a half full one when we arrived. Fortunately, I had my own shower gel with me because my friend had relied on the offered ones. No big deal though, I'm sure we could have asked to get more. Unfortunately, the hallways smelled very bad and looked very shabby. If it looked and smelled like this in the rooms I'm not sure I would have stayed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay in a great part of the city. Clean, secure and aircon with excellent breakfasts
7.0 Good
Pros: the city
Cons: confort moyen
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Free snacks and drinks in afternoon a nice touch. if coming by car, you can drive right up to front door to unload. then proceed to public garage Dauphine very nearby. market hall (if open), restaurants, cafes, churches, historic plazas all located within minimal walking distance.
Cons: shower requires a very high step up to enter. stool would be helpful and provide safety.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is great. Car parking is difficult on the property but a underground garage is close by. Middle of the center. The room was enormous! I could have stayed there with 4 people.
Cons: Breakfast was really minimal and I don't like not to get fresh orange juice but from a packaged one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was quite good, we were very satisfied with our stay
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast OK. Location nice, in the center near all the sites.
Cons: Cleanliness of the hotel. Old and dated building. Rooms OK.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was great! Staff at front desk were nice.
Cons: Closing from 1 to 3 everyday makes it hard for guest that arrive. Had to wait for check in. Not a great first impression. Need to update your operating hours, people traveling are not interested in City Loft closing 2 times a day for staff to have breaks. This needs to change if you want to continue to have repeat customers. This is a old practice in Europe and many places have gone away from this way of running a business. Last but not least need to have a check that every room should be serviced every day. The bath towels are to thin! You can’t expect someone to use that quality for 2 days. If you take shower in morning towel is not even dry for you to take a second shower for dinner or to go to bed. Team at desk were very helpful in adjusting stay and providing assistance. Need better lighting when walking into City Loft!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb. It is centrally located in a wonderful walking area. The room was large and comfortable with a small kitchenette.
Cons: The hallways were warn and dirty. The hotel says that it has parking, but there are only three spaces. Everyone else needs to go to a public parking garage.

Cons: The initial difficulty of getting in and out of the building as there is no one on reception between 12 and 2pm and access is only through access code. A few more instructions about access when booking would have been helpful.

6.7 Good
Pros: On site secure car parking
Cons: The bar staff weren’t very friendly
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and breakfast
Cons: I paid and booked for air conditioning. Air conditioning was turned off so unfortunately had no sleep! Very noisy if windows open as next to main busy roundabout. I made staff aware and feel they should have given a 50% discount as had no sleep as the room was boiling hot.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nespresso coffee machine
Cons: Horrible old fashioned room. Bathroom was very small, there was no air exhauster, not even in the toilet, dirty bedsheets, unhelpful staff, for 2 people they leave 1 bottle of water, no renewal, breakfast ok, too crowded, staff gets annoyed if you stay longer than 10. Absolute no 4 star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds and memory foam pillows were great ! Private parking is a bonus. Second time of visiting the hotel, which says it all !
Cons: Nothing not to like , it was lovely!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice facilities
Cons: Unfriendly staff
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Free parking.
Cons: Noisy rooms. The breakfast was below average. Towels and sheets not clean. Located next to trafficked road.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good quality room, comfortable bed, staff extremely helpful. Parking great.
Cons: Limited bar snacks. Dined in restaurant first night, was excellent, but too rich to have two nights running. We wanted something simple on second night, but distance from centre without decent restaurants nearby gave us very limited choice for a meal.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location very good, easy to get to on outskirts of a busy city with bonus free underground parking on site. Staff very helpful, on a tram stop so very easy to do the Dijon walking tour. Rooms and all areas very modern and crisp, lots of lifts.
Cons: It is a chain hotel and used by lots of business people, therefore all drinks etc are pricey by french standards, we asked for a bottle of champagne in the room for a friend’s birthday, it was 90 euros but with a few free nibbles. Breakfast at 19.50 euros meant we ate out while doing the walking tour!

Pros: Location is good if you are on the go as it's just outside the motorway. Quite area and good rest. Room is quite small. If you are two people with a lot of luggage might be quite strict. Room is by the way confortable and quite. Staff is kind and helpful Good breakfas
Cons: Once arrived into the room was pretty cold as the heating was at lower temperature. After a while by rising up it was ok. As per freight and quality I believe is ok.

Cons: I am disabled and always base my opinion on accessibility Room was very small . The bathroom is too high . And the pull down seat is actually outside the shower curtain Ok for 1 night

Pros: Food was simply superb. Rooms were fab as well. Don be fooled by the title, it’s a restaurant with rooms, but there’s nothing wrong with the rooms. Fully recommended
Cons: Nothing. Will stay there every day of the week and twice on Sundays

Pros: Great welcome, comfy twin room with new shower room and lovely dinner in the evening, also a good choice at breakfast. There are quiet lanes behind the hotel with enough walking for our small dog.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the motorway network so ideal for our journey home from spain. The hotel allows dogs and there is plenty of opportunity to walk them in the locality. The menu has plenty of choice and the food is great. We have stayed at the hotel twice and will do so in the future. No hesitation in recommending it.

6.7 Good
Pros: Proximity to motorway, friendly staff.
Cons: Bathrooms could be cleaner (one bin wasn’t emptied), and mattress seemed to sag in the middle.
5.4 Okay
Pros: It is a cheap and cheerful overnight which is very dog friendly so you get what you pay for but this was in a great location for the motorways and only 2 minutes from eating houses. Breakfast adequate but I would get food en route next visit.
Cons: Unfortunately there were a couple of coach loads of Chinese/Asians who were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate but this was not a reflection of the hotel, just bad guests. Shame there was not a conventional restaurant on site as long drive and had to then go out but as I said, value for money for a cheap hotel.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Shower in end of bath awful, shower screen at wrong end so soaking floor when got out - tiles coming off the wall. Bed uncomfortable.

Cons: Check in, they way we must call before get in
