As there is no elevator, consider selecting a room on the upper floors if you prefer a quieter environment and a better view.
Check for Leaks
It's advisable to check for any signs of water leaks in the room, especially during heavy rain, based on some guests' feedback about water leaking from the ceiling during a thunderstorm.
Consider Noise Levels
If you are sensitive to noise, be aware that the walls are not soundproof enough, as mentioned by several guests, so it's recommended to bring earplugs or request a quieter room.
Enjoy the Nearby Botanical Gardens
Take advantage of the proximity to the UMCS Botanical Gardens, located just 0.4 miles away, for a peaceful and scenic experience.
Be Mindful of Check-Out Times
Some guests experienced confusion with the cleaning service due to a lack of communication about different check-out times for Booking clients and regular clients, so it's wise to clarify this upon arrival.
Bring Toiletries
While the rooms are well-equipped, some guests suggested bringing your own shower accessories like shampoo, as they were not consistently provided.
Consider Currency Exchange
If you plan to pay in a different currency, be aware that the hotel may require payment in the local currency, as reported by a guest who faced challenges when attempting to pay in euros.
Be Prepared for Pet-Friendly Policies
If you are not a fan of pets or have allergies, keep in mind that the hotel allows pets, and charges may apply, according to the amenities listed.
