Cons (-) It was not clean. The room smelled of stale smoke and mildew. It rained while we were there and water came in through the window frame.

Pros (+) The sweet little grandmotherly lady, that was working the desk was quite nice. No evidence of bedbugs.
Cons (-) Reeked of cigarette smoke, seriously outdated, doors didn't shut quite right, not cleaned well at all, no trash can in the room.
