Pros. I was impressed by the very attentive, courteous staff who pay attention to detail! During my first day, I left a copy of the New York Times on my desk. Without asking, the following days, a New York Times was delivered to my room. Every afternoon a plate of fresh fruit was delivered to the room and on the first day, it also came with a box of gourmet chocolates. In the evening, the turndown service came with slippers placed on each side of the bed. I've stayed in many fine hotels and this one ranks as one of the best.
Cons. The only thing I found a bit disappointing would be the fitness studio. The weight machines could use an upgrade.
