I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check.

This flight to Geneva (change of airports) was late and the flight to Vienna took off with no passengers from our flight, after we were told it would wait. ' I paid for premium seats and did not get rebooked for the same. I am sitting in the Geneva airport for 7 and 1/2 hours, losing my meetings in Vienna. I never expected such poor service from Swissair.

1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment.

The crew did a great job.

The boarding process was nutz. We had to take a bus away from the terminal to board the plane. The flight was delayed. I was not very happy to have to spend $92 to check 2 bags.

The landing takeoff was very smooth.

The seats r too small. The food did not taste good. Wn I asked for snacks since I did not eat I was told there is nothing. No wheelchair service. I have never seen in my life such poor wheelchair service.

I bought 2 tikets from Chicago to oscow and back for me and for my son. I live in USA, son lived in Russia but he received immigration visa and I had plan fly to USA with him. From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!

A Lousy airline. Also for Americans: They don't issue visas to allow the passenger who lost their flight to go to a hotel. They stated that there was a diplomatic problem between Turkey and the US so they don't issues visas anymore to Americans. STAY AWAY FROM TURKISH AIRLINES!
