The staff is welcoming, professional, and pleasant. The son of the owner, Osama, went out of his way to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. He was extremely helpful in recovering a lost mobile phone and arranging tours to visit the Valley of the Kings and other archaeological sites on the west bank of the Nile river.
