Fine service, exceptional breakfast in a beautiful room No complaints at all
1.The newly renovated room 2.The cleanliness of the room and especially of the bathroom 3.The comfortable bathroom with jacuzzi 4.The breakfast with extended variety 5. The friendly and ready to service staff 6.The view The only problem is the sound from the nearby rooms.
Staffs are kind. Breakfast is very nice. Jacuzzi is great! Very cosy and charming place.
The breakfast room and the breakfast itself Noise isolation of the room was very bad. We can hear the neighbor talking. In addition, we had one of the smallest room in the hotel I suppose. It is not a proper real room, it is a connecting room. Specifically ask for not getting one of those... And just 6-7 parking spaces for a hotel of 38 rooms...
Great people, beautiful hotel!
Excellent service. Room very comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast... Very friendly and helpful staff. :-)
We like this hotel very much. It was newly renovated...guess we're on their 2nd day of biz. We got a pleasant surprise, as we're here for honeymoon. The staffs prepare us a complimentary champange & pastries, to welcome us. We got a big jacuzzi in our room, where we can enjoy our time in our room, despite e cold winter. Plus, there was a free entry to the famous nearby Mineral Spa. The breafast was spendid, in a ballroom style. [One of the receptionist was rather pretty, helpful & gentle. Kind of miss her, though. :) Her name is Daniella.] Price wise - It's abit on the high side, though. We paid abt $132 euro, but guess... that's winter peak seasons price, at St Moritz region.
Nice, comfortable hotel, very helpfull staff, modern clean rooms.
Big and very nice rooms with splendid view of the alps
The size of the room; the quietness; the new fittings; the attentive staff.
This is one of the best experiences one can have in a hotel!! The staff welcomes with handshake, the atmosphere is superb, the staff is helpfull and explaines about the integrated art works in the hotel! There is all one can dream: phantastic outdoor sauna, meditation pavillion and evening bar designed by well-known artist ... breakfast is superb, rooms are great, dinner has great quality!!
location, breakfast, great contemporary paintings in all the hotel. Extremely nice staff
The staff was very very nice.
The studio was arranged over two levels with a mezzanine, very clever design!
First kitchenette we've had that had dishwashing liquid and dishcloth! Everything was beautifully clean and comfortable.
The split-level room was perfect for our family of four. The kitchenette allowed us to cook our own breakfast for a couple of days - a welcome change from expensive hotel breakfasts. The free travel pass with two nights booking was a great deal. Celerina itself is also very nice with a good choice of places to eat and a station on the Bernina line. All up, we loved this place! We found the room a bit over-heated and there didn't seem to be any way to turn the heat down.
Near Train station interlakekn west Noisy closed to main road bed is not comfort
very clean, kind staff
Beautiful area, nice and quiet.
Very nice hotel in the city of Celerina and easy walk to the train station for transfer to St. Moritz. It is nice that passes to the ski lifts are included for a three night stay.
Everything. So much so that I will make an annual trip. The setting is so lovely and after an evening meal you can talk a stroll in the village which ends a wonderful day in Celerina.
We liked everything about the hotel and the staff. Lovely location, pleasent and helpfull staff, clean and confortable hotel.
The room was comfortable, unique and had a great view.
The position of the Hotel was very good, near the river! The staff is very nice. A nice experience!!!
Restaurant is nice. Car park space is not enough and always full, and we have to park a bit distant place from the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, staff extemely helpful, dinner was excellent, value for money. The price
Beautiful view, clean rooms, attentive service No room service
high quality throughout lack of balcony as previously advertised on web. Amicably settled by hotel manager
I thought that the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very accomodating. The rooms were very well furnished and I had a breathtaking view of the Alps from my window. The food in the dining room was tremendous and they had about four different choices of deer to choose from because it was deer season in the valley. The hiking was tremendous and Zuoz is in a perfect place to see the Engiadina.
The politeness of the staff and the quality of the restaurant
We were pleasantly surprised when the owner went to pick us up at the train station and even more so when we found out the great gourmet restaurant we did not expect to find in a little hotel in the mountains.
The cheap piker owner tried to charge me sfr 4.50 (us$4.50) for tap water during a $60 dinner. I raised hell, and he took it off, but not without "explaining" that "it is not for the water, but for washing the glass" (!!). I have been to Europe at least 50 times in 48 years, and no one has ever had the gall to try a stunt like this. I would blackball this hotel at once.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Supposedly the restaurant should be a gourmet one - looked very good, they have a nice selection of wines. Employee or maybe owner was not properly kind. He seemed snobbish which is actually the wrong attititude towards your customers.
Staff were very helpful & friendly.
The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. We were treated very well by all, including the hotel's owner. The dining room was beautiful, with antique wood-paneled walls and ceilings. The breakfast buffet had a hug choice of foods. The village of Samedan is also quite charming with cobblestone streets and very old buildings and monuments.
The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and warm. The breakfast was great.
Room and adjacent bathroom were very nice for a single room
Pleasant, welcoming staff; clean, attractive and comfortable room; own room and public areas smoke-free. Pleasant breakfast room with excellent continental breakfast buffet. Pleasant, quiet village. The free Engadine bus & train pass was very useful, and the hotel is just 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and about 5 minutes from the railway station. The hotel's own restaurant was much more expensive than others around.
Modern and good hotel. Good option very close to St.Moritz. Parking below the hotel. Attentious staff and a good restaurant.
balcony & staff
The Allegra is a wonderful hotel. Spacious with all the amenities needed. The staff are friendly and so very helpful. I regret I only had one night there on business. This would be a fabulous hotel for families.
The staff were wonderful and we found there was a positive attitude in all our dealings with them. The hotel's concept is great but doesn't quite come off. Getting in and out of our bed in room 305 was a "pain". Breakfast was disappointing - inadequate for a hotel charging your rates.
Larger than normal comfortable rooms in a central location
the management were so friendly, the hotel was unique, old and new style. food excellent. Brilliant place, what a find. nothing, everything was fantastic. if staying near St.Moritz you must stay here, 5 mins on the bus. Do not miss this hotel.
Beautiful breakfast, great location, cleanliness, helpful, knowledgable staff
Wonderful staff --- great breakfast --- nice ambiance (400 year old building ---beautifully restored --- Rooms were lovely very small with low ceilings --- Church clock Tower across the street!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chimed every 15 minutes ---- also chimed sporadically through the night???
The owner was really nice and inviting. Breakfast was good and location was nice. The church bell rang about every 15 min all night long. Which made it hard to sleep.
Friendly atmosphere. Centre of town location. Only a minor point - it would have been nice to have had the wash basin in the same room as the toilet.
Large room, comfortable bed. Some staff are atrociously rude and believe that the customer should pay for their lack of common sense and unintelligent assumptions.
