Nice modern, spacious room. Nice pool, childrens pool, children area.
Only few ppl from staff spoke english, had to ask same thing more times, until someone understood. For 4* hotel there was not much variety from buffet to choose from.

Im a plain eater food wasn't great for me not huge choice. I saved £400 going here as my 1st hotel choice was full .. no kiddie foodlike pizza chicken nuggets etc if you have kids but spar right next door with great choice and same prices as uk . Lots of young people made hotel lively feel but not rowdy . great music in day and any groups put well away from families & couples so quiet . Staff were great . Will def go there again x

The day time staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean The pool and facilities were good
The night staff staff were unhelpful and just not interested in helping customers. We arrived close to midnight and there was only one person checking people in, there was 2 parties in front of us to check in and it took an hour before we were served. Eventually another member of staff came to check us in and he was far from friendly or helpful, he couldn’t use the machine to copy our passports and then was walking around looking lost trying to find paper to put in the printer to print out the booking for signature but gave up and we never signed our contract in the end. When we eventually got to our room the sofa bed was not made up and there was no extra bedding or sheets left to be able to make it up myself. The booking was made for 3 people and the room was only set up for 2 people. When I went back down to reception to request extra pillows and towels, the attitude was well the cleaners are gone home with the keys and we don’t have access to give spare pillows etc you can get them tomorrow, it the best first impression for people who are spending hundreds of euros to stay here
