Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks

Crew members were good. Seats were packed and too tight .

Carry on luggage size for economy passengers significantly smaller than other airlines, so nearly all ecomy passengers had their bags taken and checked.

Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

They were charging $$$ for first glass of wine. That first glass should be included in such a high price.

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great

Improved communication while boarding. The first bus to taxi from the terminal left without explanation. people were asked to line up to board then not told in a timely manner of any delays.

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).

We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.

I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

The flight had no working entertainment system or WiFi. Very old plane. Some restrooms weren’t working. My seat was broken. Just a very bad experience for 13 hours. A real shame they allow planes in this state to fly.

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

The service was great and the people are professional. The service was excellent. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends.

The check in was a disaster - they don’t follow their own baggage rules. The layovers are unrealistic and Iberia doesn’t help with their own connecting flights. They lost our kids child seats without any recourse. We will never fly Iberia with our family again.

My trip with Iberia was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at the airport excited for our trip, only to be told our carry-on would be checked for free due to a full flight. Then, they couldn't even print our boarding passes for the connecting flight! The mad dash through security and the train left us breathless, only to be met with confusion at the gate - apparently, they "lost" us in the system and boarded the plane without us, luggage and all! Stuck in Madrid with nothing but the clothes on our backs, we were promised our bags would magically appear at our final destination. Shockingly, they didn't. The next day, we flew home with nothing but frustration and a lingering question: where were our suitcases? Even worse, this ordeal seems to be all too common for Iberia passengers! The hotel staff, used to dealing with stranded Iberia customers, shared stories of countless passengers facing similar luggage nightmares. This whole experience left me feeling stranded, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with Iberia's service.

Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall

Very bad flights I lost my luggage for both sides

We were seated in the rear of the plane. Buses arrived to take us to the terminal but there weren’t enough so we waited an hour to leave the plane.

Chicago to London flight was delayed an hour . Boarding process was slow . I missed my connection to New Delhi and My connection from New Delhi to Ranchi. Now come the really outrageous part! There was a flight from London to Bangalore that would have allowed me to reach Ranchi on time. I was about to but ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi when BA agent came back after talking to someone in back office and informed me that she cannot rebook me to London Bangalore flight as Bangalore was TOO FAR fro. Delhi. I waited 8 hr in London airport. I was flying business. Hope this review helps the airline. I was not asking for any money back for my missed flight. Anand Mohan

Access to movies was nice, food not bad, and landing was smooth. Cramming us in like sardines is not fun. A little more space to bend down to get a bag or not touch my neighbors arm because we’re so close would be better for a 9 hour flight. Whomever designed the seating and you, who bought these planes, clearly are NOT interested in customers’ comfort. So stop pretending you do. Also, if you want traveler’s to check their bags so there is space to store carry one, don’t charge so much to check baggage. Seriously?!

The leg room on the plane was the smallest I have encountered in all my travels. Ił only 5’4

We got our seats and was surprised at the half empty plane, so had a very good hostess and we enjoyed the whole flight back home, so the only thing we had to wait for was the passenger assistance that was not there and had to wait about 20 mins on the jetway.

The only issue I had with the flight is that dinner took a long time to come even regardless of the turbulence we experienced. The flight attendants kept disappearing while serving people and kept some people waiting. Which caused them to forget to serve me some tea. It was resolved eventually. Just a small complaint. Maybe there's other reasons but overall the flight wasn't bad.

The check in lady was the best I have seen at JFK she was very nice

The perfect jet stream back saved over 1 hour in the air.

Crew could not even try to accommodate my food request. Phone Charging USB thing was not working.
