Mainz is one of Germany's oldest cities and is home of a university, a diocese and of several TV and radio broadcast stations. The Rhine Main area is a very important economical region in Europe and Frankfurt International airport a 25 minute drive from the hotel plays a decisive role for the surrounding cities of Wiesbaden, Darmstadt and Frankfurt.
Very professional staff, beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful pool/spa area.
When we arrived, they only had one booking (instead of two booked rooms). They booked us directly themselves for the 2nd room. I hope that we are not charged twice for that room.
I liked the staff ,but no free breackfast inspite of high amount of mony . The river side was boring . Nothing to do .!!
location, room and amenities. great business center
should not charge for internet access
We had a peasant stay!
Original lobby decoration, clean room, nice view, very calm place.
The staff were very kind and helpful but inexperienced and not efficient. Problematic service, needs amelioration. We were definitely expecting much better from a 5* hotel. Clearly overpriced breakfast (choice and quality: can do much better). Average SPA quality.
Nice environment, clean, comfortable & quiet
The double bed is relatively small, and the bed sink a little bit in the middle
A very new hotel. Excellent view (some of the rooms), modern and good quallity fixtures. Very well located. Excellent price/quallity
Relativelly expensive add-ins (parking, breackfast, internet etc)
Nice location; great staff.
Mattress was uncomfortable, it sunk in the middle.
That it was situated next to the Rhine
The extra charges, i.e. garage parking
