very nice hotel, very clean, small and friendly family hotel. staff does not speak very good english by they are very kind. welcome drink was unexpected. perfect view on the town, good connection to the centre by bus and easy reachable by car from main roads.
Staff were very kind and familiar. There is satellite tv and a good shower. Good view from window
It was a little dirty (expecially bathroom) and there were little ants on the floor
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the room was very clean.
Building site /roadworks all around. Situated a very long way from Malaga centre. I booked this hotel as it said on web site 5 minutes from historic centre. It took more than five minutes by taxi ! Website gives impression that it is 5 minutes walk away from centre. The room was small with only basic furnishings and looked out onto a wall about a metre away through the railings. It was downstairs and very dark, had to put the light on to see even at mid day. Breakfast was not in the restaurant but in the bar seated between a gaming machine and a noisy TV, not a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast consisted of choice of 2 drinks juice+coffee or tea(one cup) a sandwich and either a piece of chocolate cake or tiramisu! Not a good experience.
Manager, Antonio very accommodating. He upgraded our room to king size bed.
One of our booked rooms smelt quite bad. Very difficult walking as steep on roads. This should have been explained on web page.
Nice room and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a nice terrace, but it overlooks a road
The location is quite a hike uphill from the city centre. If this hotel was closer to the centre, I would stay there again. As it is, I will look for somethign closer next time.
The Family and personal was really great!!!
