An exclusive Hotel in the historical and commercial center of Malaga. Placed opposite to the emblematic 'Tribuna de los pobres'. Only in a few meters of the future Thyssen Museum, of the Larios Street, of the Picasso Museum and to 500 meters of the Maritime Walk. The Hotel is a new establishment with 47 totally equipped rooms. In its restaurant 'La Barbacana' it is possible to enjoy the archaeological remains of the wall nazari, the first enclosure strengthened of the city and remains of a barbican (military construction), which date to the XIth Century. It offers also dishes of traditional gastronomy. For its location, the Hotel is the perfect election for the housing of the business clients, of the cultural client or of purchases, vacation and certainly, of the devout ones of the Holy Week.
There was a bit cld becouse of unsealed windows
staff were very friendly and helpful especially with our young grandaughter hotel was well situated for access from airport bus stop also for the port as we were going on a cruise ship
rooms were very clean great shower and breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice
location, value for money and excellent staff
Good price offer taking into account the location (pretty close to the old city centre).
The friendlyness of the staff.
The stack of plates at the buffet breakfast were filthy - dried food, particularly large globials of egg, were stuck to the plate. When I pointed it out to a memeber of staff she simply shrugged - and did nothing to replace them.
Because of the excellent location we were able to walk to the beach, the main plaza was very close by, take the train to Benalmadena, take the bus to Torremolinos for Aqualand, visit the old town and cathedral, and enjoy many close by restaurants.
The shower was too powerful for the drains to cope with, the water began to fill the shower tray. However the bathroom was excellent for the price and always clean.
Their buffet breakfast was very good value for money and the bar/cafe is a nice feature
I booked to rooms, one of which had a narrow, but long window overlooking the street to the rear of the hotel but the other room had it's window looking directly at another wall of the hotel
Location, value for money
The attitude of a member of staff in the night at the reception which was extremelly inappropriate
Clean and nice hotel with a good situation for my business trip
The walls were very thin and I woke up many times during my stay in the hotel if somebody banged the door or took a shower
