Pros:Entre las cosas que mas me gustaron es la comida que sirven en el hotel. La comodidad de sus habitaciones es algo que. Ale la pena destacar y sin olvidar los precios, son muy competitivos y definitiviamente es mejor el Barceló y por el precio que se está pagando vale cada centavo.
Pros:THE EXTERIOR SETTING, POOL, STORES, SPA, FRONT DESK ARE COMPLETE 5 OR 5 STAR, CAMERAS ALL AROUND THE COMPOUND.
Cons:ANYONE CAN TAKE THE ELEVATORS TO ANY LEVEL. ONCE YOU HAVE REACH THE ROOM LEVELS THE TEXTURE OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE FLOOR, WALLS, AND ROOM DECORS FALLS TO A 3 START RATING HOTEL.
Cons:Staff charged additional the next morning after she said she would not charge for second person. They treat you like are gonna leave without paying. The demanded drivers license of all of us and made copies of it. Staff is rude and have angry faces. They put me in a smokers room. I would never stay there again.

Cons:Outdated decor, dirty couches, damaged furniture, no free airport shuttle, inadequate Internet coverage, price of food in its bar and restaurants.
Pros:I enjoyed my stay mainly do to the staff, they were extremely helpful. The lounge met the needs of an adult traveler very relaxing and welcoming. It also felt like a very safe environment. I stayed at three hotels in five days in Nicaragua and I think this was the best one (intercontinental, pelican eyes and this one) granted each one met a different need for a certain guest.
Cons:My stay was too short too really comment on the negative. I found the location to meet my needs.

Cons:With baby is hard to trouble cause of the cleaning of bottles,need a microwave, the people from room service helped with that but did wrong
