Excellent 9.6
Pros: Delicious and tasty Breakfast with local food Friendly Staff Clean Rooms
Cons: A few mosquitos
Poor 1.0
Pros: Not much to like, they tried to swindle me and didn't get a good night's rest. Also not near anything.
Cons: -front desk said 3.5% for credit card. Then tried to charge 1600 per 1 usd instead - 6.67% (official at that time was 1488). Then when I said I would just pay for it in kyat. They still tried to overcharge by 2800. Luckily I had made the booking in kyat. They wouldn't let it go and admit their mistake or overcharging. -shower broken -noisy train all night -screaming children at 5 am in the hallway -smoking cigarettes in hallway -only hotel in Myanmar to not help with bringing bags to my vehicle
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Staff were good and helpful. Rooms were clean. A restaurant on the top floor had AC and a great view though floor to ceiling windows. Not 5 star by any means but for a mid class hotel it was very good.

Okay 4.6
Cons: Overpriced room needs a renovation. A lot of dust and cobwebs hanging above the bed that could easily be cleaned. Bathroom needs a renovation or the price needs to come down by $10 to $15 a night. Not many options in Sagaing, though.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Sagaing is worth staying for a night. We loved the market and strolling around. And we spent a wonderful long moment at Sagaing Hill.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Its central location.
Cons: The staff was on the whole not bad at all, but somehow the manager was not so welcoming. Your website mentioned that the hotel accept credit cards, but it did not. I feel you should have mentioned this. The hotel has a 3* mark, but it should be 1*. No kettle in the room, nor coffee/tea (there was a thermos, and it will be filled if ask for hot water), very poor quality of towels and sheets, the mattress was so old and felt coils. I had to ask shampoo and shower gel. Its breakfast was so poor. I stayed 3 nights, and one breakfast was a buffet as there were some more guests, but the quality of buffet was quite poor. Two other breakfast was very very poor, with the same menu on both days: orange juice, fried rice with chickpeas and a fried egg on the top (a typical local morning dish), some watermelon or papaya (I think it was one morning), and a local sweet which was not enough for all the guests as it was the same lots for 3 days. And toasts. I had used 8 hotels for my 3 week trip, but I never had such poor breakfasts nor such poor service.
Good 7.5
Pros: Modern design and Good bed
Cons: Breakfast a little Poor (too much oil)
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Bellboys were all super friendly, and also the management. Went out of their way to accommodate us at every request (and we had many). Always smiling and there to help (opening the door at 2am, arranging transport near and far, etc, etc). A/C quality was epic, and they had the coldest water in town, which both happen to be very important factors in Sagaing.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: my second stay. great view from room 503. sagaing is such a highly spiritual place with the monasteries and temples. it is real worth to spend two nights. the hotel is modern and with nice style for a 3 star property away from main tourist path. relaxing sleep. now fast wifi, great.
Cons: payment in hotel difficult. shower has only warm but not hot water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location and nice staff
Good 7.9
Pros: Amazing staff - all very friendly and dedicated to their jobs. Very accommodating - gave us an adapter when we didn't have the right plug type Reception were able to help book our bus to Yangon
Cons: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room No toiletries in the room

Good 6.7
Pros: Staff were ready to serve and very friendly.
Cons: You could tell the rooms were not being used that much. Quite some dust and a dull smell. Breakfast could have been better. Not a lot of choice, just regular toast with jam, fried egg and some noodles. The price/value is a little on the low side.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean spacious room. Helpful manager. New. Elevator. Cool view of gigantic stupa from our room. Excellent breakfast. Good A/C.
Cons: All good.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Basic accommodation in a city with little choice. Staff helpful and pleasant. Bathroom basic but functional.
Cons: The decor is very dated, especially the bathroom could do with some help.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: help by the assistant manager to get a bus to pyinulwin
Cons: a liitle bit outside
Excellent 8.0
Pros: g reat allocation for .airports,I
Excellent 9.2

Okay 4.2
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Staff were MIA when needed Room service over an hour for 1 dish - forgot drinks Dangerous parts in bathroom Bath leaked from underneath and flooded the floor Strong mold smell - damp linen TV broke - had to be replaced Dirty sheets, air-conditioning..
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The room as well as the attached bathroom were in good condition, hot water relaibly working. AC could be set to a rather quiet mode over night. Beds were suprisingly comfortable. The free availability of coffee, water cooker, drinking water etc. in the room is a plus. Found even some fresh fruits at one day in the room! Breakfast was good with a enough choice of different optionss that varied over the days (incl. fruits). Many sights like Sagaing hill can be reached by foot walk (which is actually a good idea to explore Sagaing hill), but expect about two kilometers distance. There are two restaurants just in front of the hotel - a rather basic beer pub which anyway offered surprisingly good food and one a bit more expensive bar and pub offering a large choice of food with good quality.
Cons: It is claimed that one can rent bicycles at the hotel which is not correct as we tried it. If you want to rent a taxi or car it is better to align on this the evening before or you try to catch something in the neighborhood. Prices should be always negotiated! Communication can be bit difficult as not everybody of the hotel staff does really speak English.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location, good break fast with large room and large bed
Cons: As it is near the high way and train tracks we heard the trucks and the train at night. Please improve window sound proofing. The bathroom was clean but observed to be a little bit smelly, please check.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Oo Htetlynn is a friend of mine from a previous encounter and as before has been exceptionally helpful with all my needs !!
Cons: the staff at the reception came up with the same old nonsense , arguing that my USD bills were " NOT brand new " , which was not true as 2 out of 3 were brand new while only ONE was slightly used , he finally accepted my bills reluctantly ...THIS silly attitude is being practised all over Burma still , no change as far as I can tell from my first visit in 1984 till NOW !! I wonder if this will ever change , very ANNOYING !
Okay 5.8
Pros: the bed was comfortable & the room clean , same for the bathroom ...and one kind receptionist on duty on my day of checking out
Cons: the manager spoke extremely poor English , hardly made any sense , made a big fuss over providing access to news channels like CNN in the ROOM ..and acted like an idiot insisting on BRAND NEW US$ bills when paying the bill...initially not even accepting the slightest stain on the edge or folding of the bill...thereby clearly contravening instructions by the present Gvmt of Burma . as a consequence I cancelled my booking for 3rd JAN , never ever to return there !
Good 7.5
Pros: Clean and comfortable with friendly staff
Good 6.3
Pros: The breakfast was good and the location is right next to a fancy looking but cheap restaurant, beer garden. The food in the neighboring beer garden is way cheaper than at the hotel.
Cons: The hotel handles local and foreign rates. The difference is almost half. They display tiny snacks in the room. Each snack is charged in Dollars, which makes a tiny biscuit very expensive. The hotel charges 15% tax plus service charges.Showers are cold to mildly warm .
