the service the Hotel Employee provided!
Close to golf course
Hall carpets are filthy
The rooms were clean and quiet. For the price we got a great place to stay!
Certain parts of the buliding seem to have not been refurbished yet. Hallway carpet especially needed some love.
It was nice stay. The staff were nice.I did not like the fact I was next to smokers room and I do not know smoke. The hallway outside the door always smell like someone had smoke there recently.
The GPS, Google Maps, Map Quest etc could not locate the hotel. I had called to get a specific location of where they were and the staff could not help. They don't know their own area. It was extremely frustrating and it over an hour to find the hotel.
Didn't match the picture about the room.
Locks for bathroom didn't work. Looked very dirty.
The hotel was close to a wedding we attended and the staff was very nice.
It's an older hotel, the room had a slight moldy smell.
Convenience. Desk staff & Manager were great.
Cleaning crew stole my $2.75 in change while changing the trash & not making our beds!
The beds were confortable and in good condition.
It was *slightly cheaper than other places. Still not worth it. But, the manager did refund the room completely after we complained.
Dirty, smelly, completely uninterested & unhelpful staff.
I really liked the staff. They were very helpful. The beds were comfortable.
I wish the breakfast selection was better. Needs donuts. They also needed more blankets.
It was the closest, nicest one near the event I was attending.
Not really, it's just seen better days is all.
Didn't have ice bucket or glasses in room beside lamps wouldn't work door wouldn't lock correctly without trying to lift it up then dead bolt would. Not lock
Front desk was rude, room were smelly ,only 1 bulb in the entire room and when asked for more he said they don't have any more lights.no room freshness in the hotel .
It was exactly what we needed, in and out 1day rest in a clean and spacious room.
Dirty Rooms. The extractors in the bathrooms don't work. No elevator to 2nd Floor. Poor WIFI and most of the time zero WIFI signal. Cheap breakfast. Bad maintenance in general in all facilities inside and outside. It felt like a third world country
The only person nice there was the housekeeper she was actually trying to do her job.
It was dirty and it smelled of dirty carpet and smoke. The hallway carpet was filthy and all you smelled was smoke. They got our rooms wrong and gave us one smoking room when I requested nonsmoking because my child has asthma and my father is very ill
The staff was always courteous and provided anything we asked for
The place was in need on alot of repairs. Very little maintenance seemed to have been done properly
Excellent staff! Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't working that well at the time.
Wifi not working
Although there is construction going on around the hotel(Best Value has no control over), the area is very nice. Lots of business in the area; Sonic, Dominoes, Convenient Store etc. Feel in love with the Staff memember who checked me in, wonderful lady
Not a big deal but the ice machine wast working
The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious
Limited parking but I always found a spot.
Hotel had problems w/reservation and they didnt have room we reserved, but staff apologyzed and was ready to give us another room, and they put us in a very nice and roomy suite, we really liked the kitchen, wish they would have a sofa instead of a futon. The pillows were wonderfull!!! The pool was out of service, but we think it was compensated with the excellent customer service of the staff in both shifts.
I won't recommmend this hotel for three main reasons: (1) Poor customer services, 2) Poor hotel quality and 3) too far away from downtown. Regarding customer service: we had to wait for our rooms late at night despite calling to confirm our reservations at 3pm. They didn't solve the issue until we arrived to the hotel and we had to wait a long time before getting to our rooms. Regarding hotel quality, it doesn' have elevator, poor cleaning, the breakfast is not that good at all.
I am used to staying at properties such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Omni. However, there were no “pet friendly” hotels of that type near Manor, and I was on a business trip to demonstrate training techniques for personal protection canines. I had two Rottweilers with me on this trip. After 8 hours of driving, a failed GPS system, and a broken battery cable, I finally arrived at Americas Best. The desk clerk, Justina, was as pleasant as could be. Her professionalism and helpfulness exceeded my every expectation. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with no noise from the neightbors whatsoever. The in-room microwave and mini refrigerator were unexpected pleasentries. The hotel’s hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage, along with the assorted pasteries and different juices were much appreciated. The breakfast bar made up for the fact that I had to get out of one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. The room could have used some updating (peeling paint on the back of the bathroom door, dated carpet) but I was pleasently surprised none the less. They even had a nice green area at the rear of the property for pets to do their business. I received excellent value for the money, and willl highly recommend this location to family, friends and business associates. Make sure to say hello to Justina!
