Clean, efficient. Dinner and breakfast were a little expensive.

The room was clean and in good shape. The wc was separate from the bathroom, very convenient. Right next door to Holland Casino. At the time of our visit the parking lot was broken up. It was an unpleasant walk in bad weather to the front door.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The wifi coverage was excellent. The bathroom was large and well laid out, although a soap receptacle in the shower would be useful. Details like clothes brush and shoe horn are always appreciated. Good copious breakfast with a superb view. Only niggles, everything was so well laid out. The ironing board was not very stable, but nothing else disturbed a comfortable stay. Laundry service needs tightening up - 24 hrs is a maximum and the taxi service - of the town rather than the hotel is unreliable, 5 minutes means a missed train.

New hotel in excellent condition, very helpful staff and good location - walking distance to good restaurants and museums. The beds were just too soft - no support at all - and we both had very sore backs after two nights there. It would be fine for us for short stays but we could never stay for long unless they have some beds that are a bit firmer. I am sure it would be fine for young people with good backs but we are both old with back problems.

A new and well-designed hotel - quiet and relaxing ambience - interesting area - breakfast above average, though coffee was rather bland. Overall however, well worth a second visit. Parking rather unfortunate for the hotel, but the staff could hardly be more helpful about the two alternative solutions.

Very friendly, helpful, and polite staff. There was a discrepancy between the website and the hotel over the price of garaging my car. It was resolved satisfactorily but could have been avoided.

Very convenient for the City Centre, budget priced hotel. Although near to the main road noise was not too intrusive. Restaurant and Bar opening hours.

The staff were helpful and spoke good english. The room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to park. The lighting in the room could have been brighter

We needed a room for a one-night stop to break a longer journey - this hotel was in the right location and reasonably priced. It was well signposted. The room was compact, but had comfortable beds, good wireless Internet access and functional washing facilities. We did not have a meal so cannot comment on the food. Staff friendly.

excellent service and food it was very difficult to contact the hotel by e mail to organise things before the trip, i would wait a week or more before a reply
