Pros. The beds were comfortable, but room service was random on the days we stayed.
Cons. The employee named Jill was incredibly rude to me on the telephone, then argued with me when I arrived at the front desk. We had a death in the family and I accidentally booked us a day short. The first thing she said to me on the phone was 'You were supposed to check out today why are your things still in the room?!' Said in a demeaning way. All in all, it's an alright place to stay if you don't mind getting treated like a piece of garbage by the staff.
Pros. The room with the king size bed was small. I was surprised how small it seemed. The mattress was wonderful. The walls were not very sound proof. I could hear the plumbing through the walls and ceiling.
