Pros: They had just remodeled and everything was very nice.
Cons: The restaurant and bar remodel where not finished yet. I booked a king room and expected a king sized bed but it was queen size. The room cost 10 pound more a night than my mother in laws room which also had a queen bed but her room wasn't as big.

Pros: The a/c in the room worked beautifully, which is not a common occurrence in the UK. As requested, it was a quiet room. The water flow and temperature in the bathtub were great.
Cons: The check-in was marred by a group who had a delayed flight and they were all staying for half the night, delaying my being spoken to by a desk clerk for 30+ minutes. It made for an extremely lengthy time in the lobby, insufficiently sized for this.
Great location Comfortable Affordable
Pros: Responsive staff! Gym /Spa/
Cons: No free wi fi
Nice hotel. Free parking. Internet was pricey, £5/HOUR just so I could check email / flight info. Other hotels usually give this free for a few minutes. Pool was nice, until I got kicked out so that the local women's OAP club could hold an aqua-robics class!!! They take precident over hotel guests three or four times a week, so plan your lap swimming around their schedule.
Pros: Nice clean room. Good sleep.
Cons: I thought that I was bidding on a hotel in Windsor, not 'The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead!' Still, close enough to Windsor. But annoying that I didn't get the location which I thought I was bidding on.
