A city with a rich cultural heritage and exotic flair, Marrakech is a sensual paradise set against the backdrop of the majestic Atlas Mountains. The city itself bursts with commerce, boasting the largest souk (market) in the country. Le Méridien N’Fis, nestled in five-and-a-half hectares of lush parkland in the Menara district, provides an ideal refuge from the exhilarating city. Beyond the enchanting spectacle of the hotel’s illuminated Andalusian gardens and its 277 guest rooms, the hotel features three world-class restaurants, spa facilities, conference and meeting amenities, and easy access to two of the finest golf courses in Morocco.
Friendly staff - information Concinerge but the hotel is now in need of renovaion of which the painting and some of the upgrades (disturbed for three afternoons) started whilst we were there
Manager told us that no work was being undertaken however three members of his staff were banging in the room next door - he then agreed that some light work was being carried out and offered us champagne - we dont drink and just wanted some peace and quiet
Location and room (we were given a free upgrade)
Can of coke was £2!! Also as well as the City Tax the hotel also put there own tax on top of the bill at £1.50 per day.
Staff not very friendly. No poolside service. The first room we were put into smelled of smoke. They did change our room over, however, this one still had a faint smell of smoke in it as well. Had to ask 2 times for toilet paper. Just not on the ball for a big hotel chain.
i liked the garden and the location of the hotel
i didn't like the room, the beds are unconfortable and the rooms quiet old, the bar terrasse is too small
Practical distance away from Madina.
Drinks in bar and food in restaraunt costly.
Nice gardens and excellent room service and cleanliness.
Excessive prices for certain services (restaurant, mini-bar, etc.)
The garden and the swimming pool are very nice and excellently maintained
The rooms should be refurbished, especially taking into account the price charged by the hotel. They do not correspond the usual Meridien status
