Great Room, evening food is wonderful in the restaurant and the staff are excellent. The reception team do a great job and always make you feel welcome. I like to have the same room and the hotel invariably manage to enable this, even at busy periods!! The Pool is a welcome bonus, even in the winter; it is always a great temperature!!
There is no Gym in the Hotel. No Spa facility at the hotel, either, which would be a great addition. More Coffee pods would be useful; when you are working in your room or on the balcony, access to regular coffee helps!!

Great location.
One of the towel was dirty and I didn’t bring it to the reception because my partner stopped me. We tried to have the car in the parking but it was so complicate to get the ticket and get another one from the reception. Finally they’ve told us they will take care and the day after we found out that no one took care of it ,so we had to go through the same silly story with the ticket ,parking and etc which took us too long time to handle.....

Peut etre la deco assez recherchee et encore
La proprete de la chance etait (excusez le terme) a chier! Des cheveux dans la baignoire, les wc, le lit et sur les oreiller. Le mobilier est ruine et abime. La moquette pareil. Quand en plus on se fait piquer des fringues, le sentiment reste tres negatif! Je n'y retournerai pas
