I called to ask if the outdoor pool was open. They told me it was closed for renovations thru Friday, which was my check in day. I was told it would benopen Sqturday. It remained closed for my entire stay. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the outdoor pool, so it put a damper on the entire trip.

Cons (-) Was unimpressed with booking service. Hotel was overbooked even though we had made reservations at least four hours prior. People that had made reservations with other online service only one hour prior were getting rooms. Didn't make sense. The poor front desk girl was all alone with a lobby full of people waiting. Pros (+) The staff was so friendly, decorations and furniture were inviting and cheerful, rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, well taken care of, loved that the air/heating unit was out from behind a bed..usually someone has to suffer and freeze or be too hot because they are beside the bed, so this was a wonderful change!! Loved the weight of the comforter. Breakfast was amazing and seating was so comforta...
Cons (-) The pillows were too soft for me, but others may like that. Needed more toiletries for 3 people showering and such and just a few more towels. And I didn't like that someone in another room was smoking pot and it filled our room to were we couldn't hardly breathe as we went to sleep. The shower curtain let water through while showering also.
