Pros: The room was quaint and very comfy.
Cons: Not a thy
Pros: What a lovely spot and hosts! I arrived late with 2 small children and they left my room all ready for me with the lights on, how thoughtful! The owners were out of town for most of my trip but they made sure everything was taken care of before they left. The hotel is lovely. Small, relaxed, low key and right on a the water. They have kayaks, bikes and fishing rods to use right there on the dock. Each room has a screened in porch with a table. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and art shops.
Pros: The owners were great. Very friendly & came out to great us in the pouring rain as we not sure we were in the right place. The rm was sm but totally adequate for us. Nice view right out to canal with screened in porch table & chairs. Lots of linen, blankets pillows with a well stocked kitchenette(THANKYOU!!). Very "old Florida" so don't expect the ritz & expect basic but cute & functional. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, gift shops & site seeing. Very relaxing to sit on the dock. Easy parking & free wifi
Cons: Non smoking RMS but smoking allowed on dock & patios. Wish it was ALL non smoking. Items "for sale" in rms made it feel kind of cheap. Because it is "old FL" not well soundproofed. Was quiet till more people came, then kinda noisy. Place is an old business conversion so floors slope toward canal. Took us aback & required getting use to. Wish they would have let us know that beforehand to be prepared.....would not be gd for someone with balance issues
Pros: Lanai, abundance of fish and wildlife observed from their own dock. Can fish from the dock.
Cons: Overhead lights along the dock would have made the fishing experience much better.
Pros: Characterful property with a small private dock and screened patio. Friendly welcome from host and dogs. Well-equipped room with plenty of local information. Quiet & relaxing. Wildlife right outside (birds, fish, frogs, dolphin). Easy walk to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Bed needs a headboard. Otherwise great
Pros: Screened in patio, canal dock, view. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Nothing bad enough to complain about.
Pros: Great location. Could walk to everything. Hosts great and very personable.
Pros: Great location, the host and hostess we very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again next year !
Pros: Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Close to city-center.
Pros: Location is excellent. Parking is good away from traffic, and close to stores. Pro ate patio is nice.
Cons: It would be nice if it had handicap bars in bathroom.
With a stay at Bridgewater Inn in Cape Coral, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Sun Splash Water Park and Lovegrove Gallery & Gardens. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location is ok not much to do there. On the strip they have like 3 or 4 bar and grills and a few stores. The food is amazing in this town. Everything cooked to perfection. Bert's is your typical bar sells beer and wine and a great view. Hooked was a lovely place live music amazing view and great alcoholic drinks. Yukitan was a great spot as well great view and lovely food. The ribs are amazing there. The fishing was not great at all. We stayed in the waterfront cottage. The dock was falling apart and actually broke in one part just walking on it. It is right next to a bait shop. The cottage is what it is they definitely tried. The beds were terrible and the floor was completely unlevel. They tried to do some upgrades but they just put wood flooring over and unstable floor it was very odd. One bathroom had no AC and was like a furnace in there. So if you are looking for a quiet town and not much to do then this is the place for you! We had fun but wouldn't do it again.
Cons: The cottage was strange and floor was unstable but it was a place to sleep at night.
Pros: What an amazing cool place. Directly on the water such beautiful eye candy it's like you can't get enough I highly recommend staying at the Bridgewater in as I am a local and I would stay here again
Pros: Location, location, location. The Bridgewater Inn is unique. It sits in the water next to my pick of the top fishing bridge in Florida. Open up your door and cast your line. It's old, the floors aren't even and it's probably a 2 star at best but it's my favorite getaway trip spot.
Pros: Loved this place and loved the view!
Pros: The location, people that were staying there, the atmosphere all awesome.
Cons: There's nothing we didn't like.
Pros: We were able to check in early. Room was ready for us and staff was friendly and answered all questions and needs for our time there..
Pros: The water view and I really loved the cottage we stayed in. I am definitely going to stay here again.
Pros: Great location, well equipped, clean, friendly staff. Yes it is a little outdated, but fully functional. If you expect Hilton experience than pls look elsewhere. If you want a clean, laid back, functional place to relax for a few days it is the perfect choice!
Cons: Small, very soft bed, wall unit a/c
Pros: The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They keep the premises clean.
Cons: It would be nice to have handicap handles in the bathing area. Getting in and out from parking is somewhat challenging due to main street traffic.
Pros: Location and cleanliness. Could walk to fishing, food, small shops, etc.
Cons: Expensive for a just decent room with a view. The pullout was terribly uncomfortable.
