Cons: "Flying to Naples, Florida for our 13th wedding anniversary. Flight from Baltimore was delayed 30 min. No big deal. The plane arrives, deplanes, we're feeling good, going to arrive late but we're taking off. Then we wait. And wait. And waaaiiiittt. Turns out someone on the previous flight had accidentally taken a flight attendant's bag instead of their own. Rather than accept this as one of those things that happens, the crew made us all wait as they hopelessly waited for the person to somehow come back and return the bag (clearly they thought it was theirs and was not going to notice that it wasn't until they got home!!). Still we waited. An hour. Then another half hour. Then finally they accepted that it was hopeless. We boarded. And waited another 45 minutes!!! I overheard a crew member say that if it had been a customer's bag they would have just said "check with lost and found" and boarded the flight. Well we were paying customers. I appreciate the frustration. But we didn't arrive until after 1:00AM as a result. There were children, babies, elderly and infirm. It was not great. But that's Southwest. (NB: I didn't purchase the tix, as I never fly SW because of this sort of nonsense, plus their seating policy is absurd. The tix were given to us as a gift by mother in law who flies them often)."

Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

Cons: "We arrived early at recommended time. The line was so long that by the time our family of 6 reached the front, they had put us on standby for 8 hours later, then that flight was delayed. SunCountry owes me not only what I paid for tickets, but also for my PTO used, my spouse’s PTO and the expenses incurred which include food and the UBer because the car rental will be closed by the time we arrive. This may include the extra expense now of a hotel night at our destination. I could not be more disgusted."
Pros: "The pilot was great. The crew were always willing to help and were so cheerful. I found there to be plenty of leg room. I loved the menu options. Overall I had a great experience."

Cons: "I was not allowed to board the flight. I arrived 30 minutes before departures and they refused to print my ticket. The lady claimed it was an airline policy to stop printing tickets 45 minutes before the flight leaves but on my original departure from Dallas I arrived 30 minutes early and waited in line until about 10 minutes before departure and they still printed my ticket. if its policy why was I able to do it the first time with no issue? i had to buy a whole new ticket with a new airline. I want a refund."
Cons: "Sun Country should warn the average family and business traveler if they intend to cater to drunk 20/30 yr old adults on the first leg of their Florida vacation. Instead, 2 of the flight attendants joined in the loud chants and cheers. The flight attendants attitude was disappointing, and unprofessional. Their motto should be "Party Plane". About 12 loud and obnoxious party goers made it a miserable flight. One flight attendant asked them to quiet down. Two flight attendants joined in with the partying and yelled and chanted along with them. One flight attendant ignored the situation."
Cons: "Very cramped. The guy in front of me reclined his seat and I could barely move."
Cons: "I was charged unexpectedly for our seats and a carry on when checking in. This was not touched upon when booking the flight. Flight attendants were not friendly upon boarding or unboarding. No snacks or entertainment so I rated them ones as there was no n/a option"
Cons: "We were almost 20 minutes late arriving in Ft. Meyers and there were at least six babies or toddlers who screamed for the entire 3 hour flight. While that's the fault of Sun Country, it was very unpleasant. Also the carryon restrictions are ridiculous. I feel that Sun Country is extreme in allowing only one bag that fits under the seat. That's why all of the overhead bins were empty on a sold out flight."
My luggage was lost during this connecting flight for nearly my ENTIRE 2 week stay in europe, this issue no doubt instigated by my original flight being delayed 6hrs I did not pack my "personal item" with anything of consequence, I had to buy CLOTHES & TOILETRIES TO LAST ME 2 WEEKS
Cons: "My eyes were watering and my nose was itchy for the entire flight and I had to hold back sneezes and I think there was something in the air on the plane that was causing this to happen. I was double-masking and I do not have allergies. I wonder if it had to do with the chemicals used to disinfect the plane between flights? I was not very comfortable, to say the least. Everything else was great, though, but I don’t think I will be flying again anytime soon."

Pros: "A crew member saw me struggling to walk and offered a wheelchair, explained to me that I would be met with one throughout my trip. Her name was Donna!! Problem occurred when we got to Dallas."
Cons: "Instead of circling in the sky, they could have had the pilot take the alternate route he eventually took anyway, in the first place. My family and I still don’t know if we’re going to get a flight to El Paso/ stand by. So much 4 seeing my armyson before he deploys, recipient time waisted over bad decisions on to of everything else, entitled woman on the plane insults me on the lane for no reason. The crew was amazing though."

Cons: "The onboard crew was rude and one guy actually grabbed me which to me is unprofessional. All because I had a poster tube that wasn't in my bag they wanted it in my bag. Then I asked for a seat change due to my size hard for ne to be in the middle and the lady was snooty about it."
Pros: "Nothing. It’s a terrible airline. Seriously, don’t book with them unless you’re desperate or you want to have an anxiety attack."
Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Cons: "I bought WiFi for my iPhone on the flight and could barely use it because it kept kicking me off and was super slow."
