Staff is so kind and the MAMA (old lady) she is so NICE and so KIND☺️
BATH TOWEL が 無いです。
It's a fraud. The property is horrid, with many tiny rooms packed in a rundown building. Moreover, the owner artificially makes the room price smaller than competition by avoiding to include tax and heating. Heating!! It was just above freezing (3 degrees celsius) in the room when we came. Who can believe heating is an option? It was utterly shocking for us who love Japan, to encounter such dishonesty and uncleanliness. It's the worst accommodation I ever found in Japan, after many months of travel there.
The onsen was nice
Rented a 29sqm room big enough for 6 but we got a small 13sqm room for our family of 4. The room was old, smelled bad with no window shades and you had stimkbugs inside (you are given tape by the staff to kill them). Last but not least, it’s like 4 degrees at night outside but heating fee is not included, you have to pay extra. We did so and it the heating was defective so it stopped during the night and we ended with 9 degrees in the room, so cold...
Excellent hot spring water with certificate! Meal and wine were good!
Room was too small to place 2 sets of Tatami and luggage. Should reserve bigger room if your are 2 or more persons staying together.
The room was big, we could use as much bedding as we wanted and it was clean. If you wanted heating you had to pay per person so it was good that instead of pay for heating we could use blankets.
The pillows were filled with little plastic beads which were uncomfortable to sleep on. We didn't use the shared onsen but the private one was extremely hot, to the point where it was uncomfortable. I've been in Japan for four years and used onsen a lot, so it's not a case of not being used to them. The building the private onsen was in was also not insulated and not heated so it was freezing. There were also a lot of insects in the room with the bath in it, I've never had this experience in Japan. However, to get a private onsen for the price that we paid for the room was good.
