Pros. Bed was terrible...mattress old and too soft...🤕

Cons. I had reservations for myself and my girlfriend for the week. My girlfriend had to register as an additional guest upon check in....not sure why since the reservation was for two guests. This was not the problem, the ridiculous part was every time we entered the hotel they made her verify her status as a guest and/or complete another registration document. This is totally rude, ridiculous, and unacceptable behavior from the staff. Do not treat your guests as if they are prostitutes..Management, train your staff correctly and work on their speed checking guests in and out. It was like your staff cannot read when we were checking out...totally incompetent. I for sure will NOT be recommending or staying at this hotel again.
