Cons (-) they did not have the reservetion!!! we had to sleep somewhere else!!!
Pros (+) A clean and contemporary hotel, beautiful pool area, delicious breakfast which was included, rooms were nice and clean, a bit sparse but satisfactory. Bathroom clean, simple. Check in staff were courteous and extremely friendly.

Restaurant staff was great and the bellhop also but everyone we encountered at the front desk gave us a cold reception.
