Pros (+) The room was perfect. It even had a sitting area with a couch. Everything was clean and the staff was super helpful and kind.
Cons (-) I stayed in the building with the lobby and there wasn't an elevator close to my room so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It wasn't a huge issue, but it could be for others.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly. The location was great and the airport shuttle was there ahead of time which is very comforting at 5:00 in the morning. The room was also very clean.
