Pros. Really fantastic location, adjacent to Queen Victoria Market. Overall clean, simple hotel with locally made amenities which was a really nice touch.
Cons. The gentleman who checked us in was not very nice and gave us a bit of attitude when we asked about hotel parking (because the website stated there was). It wasn't a pleasant welcome or first impression.
Pros. Located in the CBD (central business district) of Melbourne, close to everything, tram running directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. Close to museums, shopping, restaurants and the Victoria Market - this hotel has a fantastic staff who will help with all of your travel needs As a plus they serve one of the best breakfasts anywhere.
