Location very central however also near to access roads into and out of city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Close to every thing. From what i´ve seen around the World, this could not be cawled a boutique Hotel, the recepcion onely speaks spanish. They accept USD cash, but with an unussebly big surcharge. You can barely see the image on the TV, and onely spanish news channels.
The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly, going beyond their duties. They gave valuable information regarding the city's tourist attractions, which were valuable for both buying guided tours and doing the tours by myself. Also the hotel's instalattions were better than expected.

WiFi was spotty. There were no pens or paper in the room. Also, there were no tissues in the room. Finally, the alarm clocks were impossible to figure out.
Location Old hotel
The staff were unfriendly and made no effort to make us feel welcome.
Hotel staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The maid service was excellent and the hotel was central in Mendoza no
in the middle of Mendoza; friendly staff,
What i enjoyed was the fact that all of the staff spoke English. The staff was also very helpfull en very kind!! What id did'nt enjoyed was the bathroom of the Hotel, we had booked a superieur room and later on a normal room. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, and so was the room. The Bathroom had a bit of funguss and molts, so it was not satisfaying. They als had a showercurtain witch was very dirty, i don't understand that a 4* hotel have showercurtains, not very clean.
We were on a 3 week trip traveling through northern Argentina. This was one of our best hotel stops, we were there 4 nights. Great value for the money, excellent accommodations. I would recommend it to anyone!
The hotel was a good value; I booked a triple and received adjoining at same price. Staff was bilingual and helpful.
The location is very convenient, the breakfast room very spacious and well lay out, also the food selection varied and plentiful. I found the room quite small for the price, a few extra feet of space would make a big difference.
Good locaction, nice view (either city or Alps), nice pool. Rooms are rather small (superior also)
Walk around on the center of Mendoza, shopping and visit the San Martin park
Excellent front desk staff Noisy young guests - possibly tournament
I liked the location, in the center. It looks more a normal hotel than a boutique hotel. The rooms need a new painting and the wireless internet was poor and slow.
really helpful staff here. nothing was too much trouble. wifi in rooms and compters available in the lobby. plenty of advice on where to eat what to do where to go etc
The staff were excellent and went out of their way to arrange tours etc. Overall excellent value for money.
This hotel was a very clean comfortable modern hotel with very accommodating staff. A lovely big bed and a very nice bathroom. It was well situated in that it was close to a park where markets are held, on weekends? We only stayed one night but would certainly choose to go back again if we are lucky enough to return to Mendoza.
The staff was friendly and helpful
The people running the hotel were wonderful. They arranged a wine tour for us that included the best lunch we have ever had. Also the room was clean, with nice design touches and the location was great.
The staff were really helpful, recommending restaurants and cafes and a great day trip to a thermal spa. This apartment was excellent value for money, with a kitchenette and lots of space and a really central location. It also felt really secure.
Location Room fittings (towels, bathroom size, and cleanliness of bathroom)
The location is good and the rooms are very large. That's about it. No wifi in the room. Very poorly furnished. Staff is friendly but service is poor. The breakfast is non existing. Ask for an expresso and it takes hours.
The hotel is very nicely situated, tastefully refurbished and furnished. Hotel staff is absolutely polite and friendly. Even the smaller suites are spacious and all the places are well cared for. I was totally content with the choice. A cosy hotel where everything is as it should be. Only the water heating system needs a moment of learning, but will work with no effort thereafter.
The front desk was outstanding and very helpfull It needs to be updated, the rugs in the room were stained and smelled.
Me gusto lo centrico que esta.
We do not speak spanish, so someone at the desk who spoke english would have been very helpful, especially since we had a problem (broken patio door latch) with the room we were first given, and had to change rooms.
the staff at desk and the house keepers were very helpful. my wife did not feel well one day, and they moved us away from the school playground so she could rest. none
The hotel is comfotable and well-located. The breakfast was nice and the desk staff was helpful. The flourescent lighting makes the room feel a bit depressing and we experienced significant road noise during the night.
The suite was of good size and comfortable. The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good There was a smell in the bathroom which was not pleasant. The view from window was not good - booking stated we would have a room overlooking Chile Square - this did not happen.
very big room, friendly staff, perfect to check out mendoza
The location was excellent and we were happy with the hotel and the service we received.
Unfortunately, nothing. This place is a dump. The floor in our room was dirty with dirt and hair, the linens were so antiquated, the show window had cobwebs. It was clear that the morale of staff is very low. The phone didnt' work, the safe wasn't in working order when we arrived but my husband fixed it. Only 2 people that knew English.
Good location close to parks and resataurants It was not value for money. It was dirty, bad breakfast, bad rooms. The worst hotel we stayed on for our two week trip in Argentina. We stayed on a really nice 4 star hotel for the same price in Mendoza. We thougt from the pictures that we where going to stay at a nice hotel. The pictures where not accurat.
This was good value for the money. We had a room with two beds spacious, suprisingly two places you could put your suitcases -. Not available in many hotels. The TV did not work but it did not bother us, Also I bought a fits all stopper for the bath tub we are going to travel with in the future.
A great location with very helpful staff. Good room and facilities.
Easy to get to Room was very noisy and there was no air-conditioning so it was necessary to keep window open. Night clerk not helpful (tho afternoon and morning clerk was). Shower exceptionally small. On check-out was in initially charged 72 pesos more than the stated booking.com rate (yes I factored in the tax I knew would be added) and when I pointed this out it was very difficult to reverse on credit card as I was increasingly nervous with a taxi waiting to take us to our 9 a.m. bus.
Nice and helpful employees. Amply and clean room. Good internet service. Good breakfast.
Excelent hotel and affortable price. Also very friendly staff. Highly recomended!
very helpful staff; excellent value for the money
Comfort of the room and cleaness Dogs barking in the neighborhood!!!
very central hotel,2 blooks from excelent restaurants( Azafran, Fiorita),beautiful lobby,wi-fi conection on lobby, free internet, buffet breakfast. simple and confortable rooms.1 blook fron independencia square, in front of the cassino, 2 blooks from peatonal Sarmento street where you find local night life. gentil personel, very central, practical, free parking.realy enjoyed and will return again
The Staff is really very willingness and gently. The hotel is very well located and i woul recomend for everyone that expects a good and calm stay.
helpful staff restaurant
Extremely helpful front desk.
Good location, modern interior and pleasant staff made this a great hotel for our first trip to Mendoza. We swam in the heated outdoor pool (although it was winter in Argentina) and relaxed in the sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel!
We booked a superior room which was very large but da no balcony as we expected and requested. Front desk staff were very helpful and helped to untangle an excursion ticket nightmare with a local agency.Breakfast was quite varied by the standards we generally met in Argentina. We would not recommend upgrade to superior room, as it offers no tangible added value and frankly the view of the square in front of the hotel is not worth an extra pesos.
Our room was very large and comfortable, clean and well maintained, except for a slight odor throughout the hotel of cleaning agents. Otherwise, the hotel is located just 2 blocks from a major pedestrian thoroughfare with lots of shopping and restaurants. The main plaza is very close as well. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but when are continental b'fasts ever worth much. In all, a very good value for the money. As noted above, the very slight odor of cleaning agents.
Rooms were worn and tired. Needs new beds and carpet is dirty and worn
We arrived early- 11am and they made a room available for us straight away. Staff were very helpful- we ased for help on vineyards and in one phonecall had organised us a very professional driver who set us up appointments in 3 different vineyards. When we ased about resteraunts they recommended one and had a taxi called for us. location was perfect
We had a comfortable room that was well appointed. Fortunately we were able to get into the room early as we had arrived on an overnight bus from Cordoba. The hotel is centrally located and close to many tourist attractions. There is a pedestrian walkway close by that makes for a leisurely stroll. Good restaurants were also nearby. We walked everywhere from this hotel. We enjoyed having a swimming pool. the breakfasts were also very good. We found it hard to controll the temperature in the room. The room was also a bit dark but overall, we had a nice stay.
