The car was filthy when we picked it up. Worse, the shocks were gone, alignment bad, passenger door lock did not work. Car was delivered with no windshield washer fluid. Tires nearly bald. I have NEVER had such a poor experience with any car rental agency anywhere in the world.10.0 Wonderful

The car was lower quality than expected. There was no power steering and the tires were almost bald. When we returned the car we were surprised by a $31 airport tax that had not been described by kayak or by the rental company until we were trying to drop off the car. Pros:
No one answered the phone when I called about 6 times during operating hours to confirm the reservation. I went to the office and it was open with no customers and he said that he couldn't answer because it was so busy. All in all it was better than other rental companies I have used in Argentina. It was cheaper, although still expensive by other country's standards, but they did not make up some reason for me to pay more when I returned it like others have done. It is hard to find a good rental company here, so this one is mediocre but still better than others.Cactus Rent A Car
